ThIs is a functional and attractive toaster. Mine is red, which is a pretty color and enlivens the counter. I was replacing my old toaster oven, mounted under the cabinet, which is no longer available. Of course a toaster like this one is not the same, but this does a good job with bagels and artisanal bread slices too as well as regular bread. Good value for the price!

Very sharp looking toaster and seems to be working ok for now at about 6 months of service.

This is the cutesy toaster I’ve ever owned. The buttons light up when toasting and the vintage look fits in my kitchen. When I purchased the toaster I thought it was going to be white and didn’t realize it was going to be cream but love the color. It works great and toasts everything perfectly according to the settings.

Love this toaster! So cute and toasts really well. Crumb tray is easy to clear and pops in and out of place easily. I often buy bread when it’s on sale and freeze it, and this model has a “Defrost” option that will warm up the frozen bread and then toast it! 😲 Never knew such a setting existed but I love it!!!

I bought this 6 months ago, it works great! I ordered Black, the box pictured Red, bar code said Black..We needed a toaster! We have settings on 3 1/2 everything from toast to bagels pops up perfectly. Bagels do have to be placed with fronts to the outside of the toaster. It's is a lovely shade of Red..importantly it works perfectly!!

This is an amendment after receiving a replacement toaster. I am changing my review to 1 star instead of 3 stars. The second toaster also toasts light on one side and dark on the other. I'm not going to return the second toaster, I'll just pop the toast up after a while and turn the bread around. The toast appears to be well built. I'm disappointed that it performs so poor.Other than costing more than previous toasters this one didn't work out either. The toast is dark on one side and light on the other, both slots. When I initiated a return I seeming was required to spend 20 minutes with an amazon associate on live chat as she tried to fix my problem over the phone. Answering questions like, is the bread centered in the middle of the slot, do the guides hold the toast in the center, what number is the toaster set at, are you using the defrost or bagel function. Of coarse each question is then followed of no one on live chat because they are working with other customers while I waited in front of my computer. I understand that some problems can be addressed that could resolve an issue, but I can tell when a toaster is defective. Also the associate was going to call Homeart on a Sunday to see if they had any other suggestions. The return process was a big waste of time. I did like the quality of the toaster, and considering the customer reviews I opted for a replacement. I do hope the next one can make toast.

One of the prettier toasters I have had and liked the different settings but portions of the elements burned out in just a few months.
