This thing is great! Very lightweight! Beautiful blue colors. I found it very easy to hold the corner down then scoop, scoop, scoop sand under the pouches in the corner. Ingenious design. It’s like: picture trying to put a fitted sheet on the sand. I didn’t use the anchors yet. But we had some very windy days on our Florida beach vacation and this stayed put. For us it made a great “landing pad” to put my small cooler, everyone’s towels, beach bag ect. We put the umbrella and chairs at the perimeter.It did start to smell a little stinky, so I made sure all the sand was off of it and washed it per directions. Wonderful.My husband is the only one who manages to cram it all back in the little pouch. Lol. I can get it about 3/4 of the way in and I lose my patience, but not a deal breaker. I love this thing.

The pockets/corners do not hold the sand that good. I had another one which I gave to a friend that had actual pockets and this blanket has corners to fill. Get one with actual pockets.

Huge! Definitely covered a large area. I admit my daughter tan right through the middle with thick wet sand on her feet. I cringed thinking about the clean up, out of habit. But when we went to back up it just beaded off and wiped right off. It’s perfect!

I have only had this blanket for about a week but we’ve used it several times already. We LOVE it!! This thing is massive and it’s so perfect for our family, and any extras we may have joining us!! Even though it’s huge, this thing folds up SO compact which is exactly what I needed. We keep it in our stroller wagon every where we go, just in case we need a blanket for a little rest. I love that it takes up hardly any of our precious storage space.The fabric is really soft. I was worried because we used to use a nice fleece blanket to picnic on, but this one is honestly just fine. It’s a different kind of soft, but my kids love laying on it- even my infant.I love how quickly it dries, so it isn’t a big deal when we are at the splash pad and my kids come and sit down on it.It’s so nice that you can just throw it in the washing machine as well. I hung it over a couple of kitchen chairs to dry and it was dry in like 20 minutes.I wouldn’t hesitate to buy this again! In fact, the first time my mom saw mine she jumped on here and bought one and she’s equally as happy with hers. This blanket is a great purchase!!

This beach blanket was perfect for our trip. We vacationed on an island, accessible only by boat. We didn’t want to carry too much stuff, so I decided to buy one blanket, big enough for the family. It’s very light weight, and the large size was perfect for 3-4 adults. It was quite windy, but the stakes held the blanket with no problem. Sand did not stick, and pushing it back into the carry pouch was no problem, despite its large size. This beach blanket also has pockets in the corners if you want to hold it down with sand. I will use this for beach yoga, and it’s now my go to for every beach trip. One day, I just tossed all the contents of our beach trip into the center of the blanket, pulled up the stakes and slung the whole thing over my shoulder. It’s also easy to see from the water, so you’ll be able to find your spot on the beach once you return from your water activity.

Size of the XL one is pretty generous. It has a bag attached with a strap as its competitors. However sewing is not good. First time using it, my 4 year old daughter tripped on the strap and the sewing came undone both on strap outside the bag and where the bag is attached to the blanket. I would stick with its competitor Eccosophy although it's more expensive. (I have used it several times for the beach and it's pretty good.) I had bought this one for picnics and the Eccosophy for the beach.

We purchased this 7' x 7' blanket to take to Hawaii for our anniversary trip. We have a 10' x 9' version and felt that was too large to take for 2 people. Hands down, these blankets are the best! NO sand stays on them after you shake it off. NONE. I've only every used the pockets to weigh it down and that is more than sufficient (they come with little stakes). Takes a little practice to figure out and remember the best way to fold them back up so you can squeeze it back in the built-in sack. Love that it is so large and yet so small and contained when not in use. Easily stored with all other beach stuff on a shelf.
