Rubbermaid INC 3161-RD-EDAY1 Chug Bottle Beverage Container 20 Oz., (Colors May Vary)

I have been using this for my bike water bottle. I like being able to get a good gulp of water quickly, rather than having to squeeze an anemic stream through the standard bottle closure. I ride a recumbent, so my upright posture works in favor of this. A bottle like this might be a little clumsy on a diamond frame racing bike unless you sit up to drink. It is fast and easy to open, drink, and close with one hand. I can pop open the lid with my thumb as I bring it up to drink. On this model (I think it is a little older), the closure does not snap closed as securely as on the similar Rubbermaid 32 oz bottle I tried (which doesn't work well in a cage). Even so, I don't have trouble with it leaking when it is horizontal, although it could pop open if dropped or squashed. It is very easy to clean. It isn't the optimum shape for a bottle cage, but I have not had it pop out.

We use these every day. They hold up well and are easy to drink from.

I was looking for a mid-sized plastic reusable water bottle that has an easy to open top, but also had a good seal. I couldn't find what I wanted in stores (granted I didn't look around very much, but most water bottles are either: huge, have a built in straw, or metallic), so I ordered this one. I really like it and it hasn't leaked yet. It fits in my car cupholder which is nice.After I got it, I was in the tupperwear aisle at Target and saw this same thing in a 4 pack for about $12. So per unit that is cheaper, but I only needed 1 (not 4), so I don't regret buying it here. Its a good bottle for me!

Great product! Five stars! Purchased this Rubbermaid beverage container to supplement an older Rubbermaid version. Turns out this newer version is notably more flexible and thus easier to hold (especially when cold and wet after being refrigerated). My wife love this product and uses daily.

I like this bottle a lot -- it's great for working out, because you don't have to take the lid all the way off, just flip up the latch. Even better, it's not like those bottles with the built in straws, which are impossible to clean. No nooks and crannies for icky stuff to get stuck on this bottle, very easily cleaned.

I put babies milk in it to bring to the sitter.

I always have one of these bottles on my desk at work. I have several bottles and when one is empty, I refill it, put it in the office frig and take out another cold bottle. One of the main features of this design that I like is the lid. It closes tight and when it's sitting on my desk or I take it to a meeting it doesn't have lipstick showing which keeps the bottle looking nicer. As others have mentioned, they can go in the dishwasher and last a long time. I like the blue color and these definitely help me drink more water during the day.

I gave this two stars because the top on the bottle where the piece that closes came broke I have to struggle to just close it enough to use it !! Thank you , Mabel henneman
