AUTLEAD Bike Helmet, Cycling Helmet with Removable Visor Flow Vents Adjustable Dial and Detachable Liner for Men & Women(22-24inches)

(My order of this product involved extenuating circumstances, so please take this 3star review with a grain of salt and read this elaboration.)It took me ordering two Autlead helments before I received one that satisfied me. I'm giving a 3star here because I cannot tell which of the two purchases this is intended to review (i.e., the one I returned or the one I kept). I'm presuming this is for that first order (which I returned).When I placed both orders, the product description page featured multiple styles that required the viewer to click on. The overall body copy and photos clearly suggested that a rear LED came with all models, and that feature was a must-have for me. But when mine arrived, it inexplicably had no LED. In taking another look at the product page and clicking around, I was amazed to discover that when you selected one specific style (i.e., the model I'd chosen), a bullet in the top copy that cited the LED vanished. What I didn't notice is that bullet showed only for all the other choices. But for all, the base elaboration copy that appeared below (perhaps a rendering of the product literature) still prominently featured the LED in multiple panels. That had led me to believe that ALL models came with the LED. So, only because I didn't notice that the bullet point was omitted on just one of multiple style choices (mine), I ended up being shipped a model that didn't come with the LED. So, for that one, I was quite disappointed thus would rate that overall experience as a 3star.I took time to call Amazon Support and asked the rep to review the online product page with me so he could see why I was not happy. He immediately saw the issue, totally understood why I felt misled, and arranged for a free-ship return so I could receive full credit.Now that I knew which models actually came with the light, I then placed a new order for a different one. Since the new helmet cost by itself was below Amazon's free shipping threshold, that was going to mean I'd end up bearing the shipping cost just to obtain the model I had wanted from the beginning. And to Amazon's credit, my support rep adjusted my order so that the shipping for the replacement by itself became n/c. (This was the first time I've actually called in to talk to an Amazon rep in many years of being a customer. I remember being very impressed with Amazon way back in the days when most orders were done by phone vs. via a screen, and this 100% experience gave me renewed appreciation for the overall quality of Amazon's customer service folks. They rock.)As for my review of the replacement Autlead helmet I received... I give it a 5star based on being a good value and being exactly as portrayed (and with the LED I had coveted). This one actually fit me a bit better in addition to having the LED light. Also, and I can't explain why, but this new helmet WITH the LED light was actually $3 less expensive than the one I'd originally ordered. Go figure...In any event, the model I do give 5stars to is the replacement which is the MV50. From what I can tell, the product page no longer operates the way it did when I placed my orders, so apparently things were done to correct whatever it was that caused me to go through all of this. (I can't find record of the model of the first one I returned, but I imagine the item (which has no LED) has been wholly omitted from this product page.)Bottom line: I give Autlead's MV50 *and* Amazon customer service 5 stars.***UPDATE***: The seller Huishi later reached out to me with two very kind notes to explain how the product description errors had happened, how it has now been corrected, and to apologize for the unfortunate discrepancies. They went out of their way to own the issue, and that speaks extremely well about this firm. Based on their extra efforts, I certainly would do business with them again. Along with the MV50 and Amazon Support, I give Amazon Seller Huishi 5 stars. And since the product I returned deserves 4 stars based solely on its own merits notwithstanding the other issues, I've now promoted this rating to 4 stars.

I was initially concerned if it would fit, but it's easy to adjust to fit to larger and smaller size heads and it fits perfectly.The feature this has that my more expensive helmet doesn't is the light on the back. By hitting the power it cycles between a few different modes, always only, flashing, and another flash mode to get attention in the evening hours. This is great for riding with your back to traffic.The padding inside the helmet really helps with the comfort, if I had to say one area to improve, perhaps more padding.

Fit is a little off. When you tighten it, it only tightens across the front and back of your head, not all the way around. For the price, it's great, but they could improve it by reworking the head fit system.

For the price this helmet is a great deal. For one it fits my head. I wear a size 7.5 Zepher hat, and I had to adjust the size knob on the back smaller. The visor is removable. This helmet is a great summer option. It looks like you can add a light in the triangle space in the back as well.

This is for my 13 year old son. after become teen, his taste of style changes a lot. This is almost perfect for his age: funcy and adult looking, very sporty with lot of air flow space. He likes it so much. Glad there is a build in light in back, just wonder, when cannot put build in light in front and side?

This helmet is an incredible value at its price point. It is lightweight, durable, and comes with a flashing light in the rear. I will concede that the chinstrap is a little off compared to other models (I wish it sat further forward), but when it comes to value, you cannot beat this AUTLEAD helmet.

This was inexpensive, but as light and functional (maybe even more) than $150 competitors I've found at REI. The tail-light is easy to turn on when you are riding, and provides an added measure of safety.

At first, it was working well, but it broke a week after I bought it. I did nothing to break it, it just did when I took it out one of those biking days...There's no way I can contact the seller, and no way to get a refund either...I hope the seller contact me to find a solution. I'll keep updating.
