I added a heavier base (left over granite countertop) & a support between the vertical uprights which helped a lot.

Pricey-but fills the bill
The brushed nickel towel holder is very sturdy and looks great in our master bath. It was also easy to assemble. My only complaint is the price. This purchase works for us, but the product should be sold for less. Our final cost of over 120.00 seemed a little steep for such a simple contraption.

Sturdy
The towel rack on the wall kept falling off, so I decided to buy this product. It is very sturdy and can even be placed on top of the radiator, and it doesn’t move.

Powder-coated Base Looks Cheap
I decided to keep this but don't expect it to last for the long term. So, for the price, I think it was a mistake. The base is powder coated so it will probably not hold up after being constantly splashed by water. Searching for something better.

Cheaply made and assembled.
Cheaply made and assembled. Improper packaging caused product to damage itself in shipping. Missing rubber “gaskets” to protect floor from metal edge. Product is trash.

Overpriced for the quality of the product
The unit is very sturdy (does not tip easily and can handle the weight of 2 thick towels) and is very easy to assemble. However, the finish on the vertical post is very cheap, and the unit I received, although well packaged, had damage to the finish. The horizonal bars appear to be actual brushed nickel (or stainless steel) but the vertical posts and base appear to be some other material with a sprayed on or stuck on faux brushed nickel finish that can be easily damaged and scratched off. I kept the unit anyway as the damaged finish is not visible when there are towels on it, but I find that this product is overpriced given the quality of the finish overall.
