Disappointing ?
I can only compare to my PowerAdd unit which only has a 20,000 mAh capacity which is used to keep my front & rear dashcams running when away from the car, whilst at work. They run for EXACTLY 6 hours each day on my PowerAdd which is about 18 month old. When using this Gnceei unit with a stated capacity of 25,000 mAh, therefore 25% MORE capacity than my PowerAdd, I had expected the Gncee to last somewhat longer ? - more in a moment. The Gnceei has other features that may have some effect on lasting power, such as 3 USB charge terminals and a wireless charge facility which can be switched off or on. The Wireless could be useful in the future? In my run time tests I had the Genceei's wireless charge function switched off at all times, and my two dashcams then plugged in.Each device powers (or charges the internal battery of the dashcams) however you look at it !? for 6 hours each day, EXACTLY . . . before I unplug them & switch over to the cars own USB power plug.Result:The PowerAdd unit powered ran them for 18 hours (3 days plus 4% charge remaining)The Genceei lasted 12hrs plus 2 hours for the 3rd day (with 0% charge remaining)If Genceei supposedly has 25% more capacity - one of the following assumptions can be made:-1) The 'electronics' are not as energy efficient ?2) The cells are lower grade?3) Unit has not got the stated capacity? perhaps a faulty cell ?The Genceei certainly has the edge on 'looks' & features with the third USB outlet being very handy though I've not had any need to use it at present and the wireless feature could prove useful in the future.I'm happy to use this as a reserve unit to my PowerAdd, but disappointed that this "new" 25k Genceei cant run as long as my 18mth old 20k PowerAdd with less capacity! The Dashcams i use are Nextbase 512GW & Nextbase 412GW. Both are outstanding camera's.Hope everyone finds this useful in their search for power :-)

Avoid, seems miss represented
This battery is not great at all.As instructed I charged the battery before use, but the maximum was 99 percent, wouldn't go higher even after waiting over 10 hours.I fully charged a galaxy note 9 twice, and a wirelessly charged smart watch, less than 10,000mah and it cut off. From 50 percent to 0 in an instantIt also charged devices really slowly, taking over 4 hours to full charge note 9Last thing I noticed it the weight, it's pretty light for a 25,000mah battery. I've got an older 10,000 which weights more than this, makes me wonder what's in it.

Performance far short of advertised description
Mine could have been faulty but my experience with it is;1. Looks nice albeit a little heavy2. Couldn't charge to unit above 99% (i.e. will not fully charge itsself)3. Tried to charge my Galaxy S9 4 times using the QI charge and using a USB lead - QI charge didn't charge any higher than 53-57% before it cut out (was charging all night) - USB charging wouldn't charge higher than 83% (after all night charge)4. After the 4 attempts above, charger had 0% charge left5. Trying to return it in its original packaging but return label is not an Amazon label so my usual Amazon returns shop won't accept it. Post Office refused to accept it because it is a Lithium Ion battery (has a hazardous label attached). Still not sure how I am going to return it yet?

I have no idea how this works but it does!
I'm always sceptical with wireless stuff but this is ace. I've no idea how it works, it just does! Press the on button, place phone on top & it just charges! Magic! It comes with a charging cable & has 3 USB ports. Comes with instructions although I've not needed to use them. I travel a lot & this is pretty bulky so not the best if travelling light but for a firm base it's brilliant. It's charged our full family's worth of phones easily on one charge. Previously I've used emergency chargers that show battery power by lights but this just tells you in % how much charge is remaining. Brilliant 🙂

Power on the go
Bought this for recent holiday this my second power-pack my previous one was with another supplier and was smaller at 10,000, with modern smart devices coming with bigger batteries, need a to get a pack that matched, I would say this is quite bulky so may not as potable in the sense of ones pocket but fine for maybe a backpack or purse, I like the fact that it has wireless charging, so if have a phone or wireless bud that support this, this is a really useful feature. The only downsides I found was it cannot handle input and output at the same time like my Anker charger can i.e. you cannot charge the battery pack as well use to charge another device, and also like my Anker it does not seem to support dual charging i.e. use two ports mini USB and USB C to boost charging times, the downside is this means this is a beast but takes what seems forever to get to full capacity. But rest assured once is does it will will last an age.

Wow,...awesome power bank
My friends and I use this power bank at work because we can’t get mains power in out of the way places.. we have had it charge a Samsung phone wirelessly, an I phone and portable speaker all at the same time... it works brilliantly and gives a digital readout of charge remaining...I’ve had it charged for a week now and it’s still at 96% charge after all this use.. can’t fault it and seems excellent value for the money.

Excellent power bank!
Im really happy with this power bank! It has an excellent level of charge (enough to charge multiple times). The product has a decent weight to it which is nice and gives it a quality feel. I really like the slick black finish which makes it look smart. The wireless charging works great for the iPhone X and if you want a wire free option. It is worth noting that the wireless charging is a bit slower than when you use a cable - but as it’s a power bank this isn’t a problem for me!I’ll be using this power bank as my primary go to when I’m travelling or need a wireless charging option!
