Mabel, Mabel, Mabel, a real head shaker
Who can resist loving Waddles. Mabel, not so much. They have developed her character as, "foolish," and she does it well. Her love for animals and her girlfriends redeem her slightly. Poor brother, Dipper, has to endure her on a daily basis. My Grandson has fun with these characters. In Mabel, it reinforces a boys' dislike of girls. The program developers know their business. The more the characters can be classified three-dimensionally in the television series, the better their retail line of characters will be used to re-enact the series.

Beautiful figures; Poor paint job (with questionable stains)
I love how these figures look in the packaging; if you're a collector of Gravity Falls merchandise (considering how few are out there), you might want to consider not opening the package when you buy it. I was originally thinking about doing that myself, but I want to create my own Mystery Shack (kind of like a dollhouse) so that I can display my Gravity Falls collection. As well as take photo shoots of them and post them on Instagram like a maniac. I opened the packaging carefully, making sure to preserve the background image of Gravity Falls (this is a helpful tip for any parents or people who like to do crafty things; just use the leftover packaging of your products to create miniature posters, etc!). Mabel and Waddles were stored securely within the plastic. The page from Journal 3 is a rolled, think piece of paper (seems durable), and it was hidden behind the packaging. The figures themselves are weighty, sturdy, and I honestly believe they won't break easily. Mabel's neck can be moved, as well as her arms. Those are the only parts of either figure that are articulated. I personally made Waddles sit on his butt so that Mabel could reach out her arms to hold him (it looks adorable). I plan on collecting the other figures to complete a mini collection of the figures. :)The only CON to this had to do with the paint job. It takes never pleasure whatsoever from the figures themselves, and they're amazing quality still. However, my Waddles has some weird colored stains on his pink body that I couldn't remove. Mabel, on the other hand, had a sort of incomplete paint job. If you pay attention to how she looks in the cartoon, the white of both her eyes basically touch eye other (imagine extremely close-set eyes). Now, the figure itself was sculpted accurately to her appearance. However, the person who painted it (because yes, tons of figures are hand painted by people still) seemed to be in a rush and didn't fully paint her eyes, hair, and eyebrows. If you want Mabel to look as accurate to the show as possible, you may want to fix her paint job. Especially her eyes. Her pupils terrified me before I fixed them. I'll have to get some paints to cover Waddles' stain and to finish up Mabel, but overall, I'm very satisfied with this purchase!

Gravity Falls Mabel and Waddles toys are a must for someone who likes the show.
Looking for some cool toys that are not on every shelf. I saw the Grumble Stan in a specialty store and noticed there were two more pieces to complete the collection. My kids love Gravity Falls.

The toy was expensive for what it was and the paint job was pretty bad plus their eyes were open so wide on the toy that it kind of looked creepy

Love it! My 10 yr old step son discovered Gravity Falls and it quickly became a household favorite. I got him all the figures for his birthday. He loved them and I was happy with the product.
