I've been waiting to try out homemade potato chips and french fries. This chopper-slicer does the job.

I can't describe in words how amazing this chopper is!!! Only about two weeks of using it, and it has already saved me hours of time! One of my best purchases ever! I have chopped a variety of vegetables and fruits including hard ones like carrots and potato, and it does an amazing job! I tried onions and bell peppers and tomatoes as well as even sausage and similar meat products and pieces of cooked chicken breast etc. We got so excited about this with the family that we chopped pounds of stuff and made meals and salads in a very short time. While it cannot effectively cut loose vegetables like parsley and lettuce, the trick is to first ball up a whole bunch of these vegetables and put them on the blade, and then put something harder like one or two layers of bell pepper. Then all the loose vegetables will also be very nicely chopped. The blades are extremely sharp so be very very careful!!! Cleaning the press plate is actually very easy using the provided claw.Update:I started using the included peeler, and that has been such a delight as well. It is very sharp and peels the skin very smoothly. You can peel thin or thick layer by controlling how much pressure you put on the handle. Very nice and easy to use.Update:For tomatoes, don't use the smallest size blade. Use one size larger. If you use the smallest, the tomato will be crushed at least to some extent. Using the one size larger blade will work perfectly. For onions, first cut them into four smaller pieces, and then you can easily chop them even with the smallest size blade.

I bought this as a replacement to my Pampered Chef chopper that died a few months ago. I was very nervous about purchasing a new one because I thought nothing could measure up to my old chopper.To my surprise, not only did it live up to my expectations, it far succeeded them.To chop an onion or green pepper, just cut the vegetable into sections. Then, place the small section on the grate and push the top down. Voila, done. The best part is you can choose different grates for the different sizes. I've chopped them into small bits for a nice chopped salad and I've used the larger grate to chop them into more chunk sizes.Changing out the grates are super simple. You just pop the existing grate out and replace it with the one you of your choice. The different options really are endless! If you like to entertain, you will look like a Rockstar Chef simply by using this chopper.The only negative thing to report is the difficulty in cleaning it. If it didn't work so amazingly, I would want to return it because cleaning it is very difficult. Pieces of food get stuck in the grates. It does eventually come clean, it just takes quite a bit longer than I'd like.Overall though, I love this chopper and would buy it as a gift for others. It is worth every penny so go ahead, Rockstar Chef, and order it, already!

Ordering this is probably one of the best decisions I've ever made when it comes to kitchenware. I love cooking but I used to hate the amount of time it took to chop vegetables by hand, not to mention a messy cutting board and countertop if it went over the edge. The different attachments are simple and easy to switch out imbetween ingredients and insure I can grate, slice, dice, and chop anything I need for any recipe. The container base holds everything with no mess and is very simple to clean. It comes with a handy tool that helps you safely get the exchangeable graters clean after each use which is convenient seeing as they're sharp to make cutting efficient and easy. It's very well made with durable plastic and stainless steel, and is surprisingly compact for everything it brings to the table so I don't have to worry about cabinet space and storage or it breaking/rusting. Over all, this vegetable chopper is super easy to use, clean, store, and I've saved tons of time and energy in the kitchen after buying it. Every household definitely needs one of these in them.

So far I'm enjoying this kitchen tool. I'm losing the use of my hands and wrists due to arthritis. I love to cook. Been doing it since before I started school. Mom was a Home Ec teacher. Anywho, I've had trouble slicing and dicing since my wrists are giving out. I slice and dice a lot. Finally bought one of these and I'm so far very pleased. Prep work is a breeze now. And no more aching hands.

This is definitely a life saver! I bought this for my wife, she liked it a lot. The plastic is not cheap looking or feeling, the parts are easy to clean and the dicer works well. Just place your vegetables and apply a bit of pressure and that's it.

This chopper is used for shredding and dicing of vegetables such as potatoes, onions, carrots, cucumbers and so on.By the way, it comes with a small brush, which is easy to clean. With it, my cooking efficiency has improved. It is a good helper in my kitchen.

This is an amazing product, a must needed kitchen accessory. I mostly use it for making salads. There are different blades for different cuts. It's best for chopping onions. The chopper comes with a lid. After use, the bottom container can be closed and excess vegetables can be stored in it. The tiny brush with the set makes it easy to clean the blades after use.

I like to use this slicer. Very durable material compared to other ones I have seen. One can do chopping, slicing, peeling, different veggies easily. Becomes a storage container which is sealed after chopping. Good quality..expected results..! Recommended..!!

If you love to cook, whether you are good with knife or not, this is the best tool to have in your kitchen. Food preparation is a breeze and now all my veggies are even in sizes without spending too much time cutting and preparing piece by piece. Love that you can store all the attachment inside the container when you are not using them and need to store away. Cleaning is easy as you can easily run it with water. Now my husband loves helping me out at anytime in the kitchen prepping veggies. Find the quality very good and sturdy.

So far I love this product.... 5 stars all around. I gave sturdiness 3 simply because I've only used it once with an onion and mushrooms...... I'm sure itll be fine, but being a plastic item, I honestly dont expect it to last very long..... as of right now however I would highly recommend as it made dinner 10x easier and 10x faster!! I'm very impressed.

Wow! This Product was a Total game changer for my work .. I cook homemade meals for 40 each day at a Local Daycare and didn’t know if I could continue with the pain in my hands from vegetable prepping.. This makes me able to do uniform size and I’m able to add more faster !!! The only thing is to be very careful when cleaning .. the ease comes with some Very Sharp blades but just take your time and respect the product .. Have recommended it to several friends and will continue to do so .. use it every day ;)
