Replaced all 3 of these when one failed. (photo after only the first was changed). Easy to install: FIRST CUT POWER SUPPLY TO OPENERS, then simply remove the two screws holding each cover to the wall using a small phillips screwdriver, then loosen the two screws on the chip board that hold down the two wires, remove wires from old opener using needle nose pliers, then reverse process to install new ones. Turn power back on and you are back in business! Great product...only 1 out of 3 of mine failed in 14 years and it was the first garage bay that is used the most. Arrived fast and packaged well. The new ones look way better too!

It's basic. Screws and whatnot however what i wished for was a manual. Any manual would do even if its basic. Im anxious if I dont know that im doing something correctly.
