These quinoa flakes are very good value and very good quality. These flakes are usually £6 a box at Ocado, but here you can get three for the price of two.The flakes come within in a plastic bag. All you need to do is pour a little into a pan with your choice of milk (mine is almond milk) and heat for a couple of minutes until the porridge begins to thicken. You could also do this in the microwave, but I think a pan is easiest as it starts to cook so quickly.I don't think you need to wash these prior to cooking. I never do and they taste delicious.
