So far the worst diamond painting I have done. First the glue layer had about 20 long folds in it. I tried to push them down with the diamonds but where they are the diamonds keep popping up higher then the others. So you can see lines in it. One color I was short a few so I had to use another close color. Some color diamonds are a little bigger then other colors. The blacks were bigger. So if you had a bunch of black they are right. Then a few yellow in that row and the yellow have gaps around them. So it makes it look sloppy because the blacks are a tiny bit bigger then the rest. A few colors I had to look up what numbers were left because the paint on the bags rubbed off. So I didn’t know what number they were. I actually got it to turn out ok looking. But with lots of frustration. And I’m not sure I can get the diamonds that are pushing up to stay down. Oh and there was a spot about the size of a nickel that was not sticky enough to hold the diamonds on. So I had to stick some double sided tape in that spot.

Was missing a gem color. Emailed the rep from the instruction materials, she responded right away and said she'd ship them to me ASAP. That was over a month ago and I still haven't received the color I need to finish the darn thing. Looks great otherwise.

Picture looks like it will turn out ok. But here are my irritations. Rivers of air bubbles cause drill popping, drills uneven in size, packages of drills difficult to read, broken drills, and the symbols colors are so different from the drill color, that where there are gaps, you can definitely see the color behind them. Not horrible if you're not that picky but as I paid the same price for a Diamond Dotz which is a much better quality, I'm disappointed.

Clear codes. Love that it comes with a extra sheet on paper with codes and DMC numbers. Stress reliever. Great price and good quality. Would recommend for Harry Potter lovers

Well worth the price! I couldn’t believe how much easier it was to see the symbols on my gem painting project! The only thing is you need a plug to connect the USB port to an outlet but that’s a minor issue. My project was bigger than the board but I was easily able to adjust it as I worked.

This is a beautiful picture. However, twice I have run out of two different colors of drills. I have contacted seller for replacement and was told they were sent. I ended up buying them elsewhere as this was a gift and I was under a time crunch.

Ordered April 12th, received July 13th. 3 months. Everything seems to be included, no missing parts. When I contacted the shop, I received a message within a few hours. Shipping just took forever.

Took literal months and tons of follow up to arrive but it’s great once it got here
