I've been using this eye lash primer for YEARS. When I first bought the Blinc mascara I tried it without the primer and it worked fine. But I noticed that it would flake a little.But my eye doctor suggested I try the primer too and it's made a huge difference. I had very short lashes. My eye doctor said they were so short because they were brittle and dry. And that mascara wouldn't stay on because my lashes were also slick. She'd had other patients try the Blinc primer and they liked the results.So I started using the primer and noticed immediately that mascara would stay on all day. It rarely flakes off now. About 6 months later, I noticed that my lashes had gotten longer.Now I always use the primer under my mascara. The tube will last a couple of months. Just ❤️ the Blinc primer!

So first let me say—I love blinc mascara. I love the tubes, I love how easily they wash off. The primer (I purchased white) makes it MUCH harder to remove because the tubes turn to little blobs and there’s a lot more cleanup involved. Honestly it’s probably still easier than normal or waterproof mascara, and if you’re not used to the tubes it’s probably a perfectly fine primer. That aside, I have a terrible time putting the blinc mascara on. It ends up all over my eyelids and I have to wait for it to dry and then wipe my eyelids, then go about my eyeshadow application. The primer made this part a LOT easier, so in that respect, it’s a great primer. Overall I’d give it a meh for its priming use.But. Let me tell you. I apply it at night and it has done WONDERS for my lashes. Seriously I had a near-bald spot on one eye and the lashes were way shorter than the others and it was heck trying to make it look normal, but after less than a week of the primer (after more than a week of weird lashes on that side, so it’s definitely due to using this product), all of my lashes are back to full length and then some. I am incredibly impressed. So I will continue to buy it and use it as a lash conditioner. As a bonus, I’ve found that it doesn’t totally wash off my face in the morning, and what’s left seems to serve it’s priming purpose just fine. Best of both worlds.

Eyelashes look longer.

Not sure why I tried this again. I guess I thought that the dry clumpy clay-like goop one the brush last time I tried it a year ago must have been a fluke. Nope, product again was too thick for my eyelashes to make it through the brush. I tried taking my fingers and wiping it off and then rubbing it on my lashes. Not a good plan, it was lumpy, thick and certainly you couldn’t add mascara over it. I thought that putting it on at night might help condition my lashes - nope, no change after a week. I love Blinc Amplified mascara but, this stuff was horrible.

Blinc Lash Primer should be applied to eyelashes prior to applying Blinc Mascara. Heck, you could use this product under any mascara--I like that!I believe Blinc Lash Primer does help nourish my eyelashes. My eyelashes are definitely longer after I apply this product. I like that I can apply this product, curl my lashes, and then apply the mascara over eyelashes that have already been elongated by the Primer. The Primer brush does a great job separating lashes, as well.I'm applying this Primer after applying my eye cream (I wait a few minutes). The Primer helps protect my natural eyelashes and helps adhere the Blinc Mascara (again, you could use any mascara with this Primer. See my review of Blinc Mascara for more information on that great product).The product goes on "white" so you will want to use mascara over it. I've never worn it alone or longer than a few minutes to see if it stays white. When I apply my Blinc Mascara over it, I first apply to the white tips of my lashes to ensure I've covered that. Then I apply to remaining lash area.What I like is that:1. There is no clumping.2. Length of lashes is increased easily by applying additional coats.3. It doesn't irritate my eyes, skin, or hurt my natural eyelashes.4. This really thickens and fills in my eyelashes as a preparatory step before applying my eyebrow mousse. And covers grey eyelashes really well--yes!!!!!!!!!!!I have no "dislikes" for this product.

So I have been looking for my holy grail primer and thought this was it...Nope. Let me say curling my lashes and then using the WHITE primer makes my lashes long and fluffy, gorgeous!Now to put black mascara over it is a chore, to cover the white is impossible and by the time you get enough mascara on the curl and lengthening the primer did is all gone, back to goopy, straight lashes.I am not sure if the Black Primer will do the same, however the brush shown on the black looks like it is rubber and not a true mascara brush...Maybe my quest will be continued...

I've one mascara for years probably about 25 years and it's only been the last five years or so that I've discovered a primer . To me without using a primer there's really no point in applying mascara because it just doesn't do it justice .Primers add volume and length and I know there's some other good benefits I think they condition your lashes and things like that some people even think their lashes grow quicker and stronger after using a primer I can't testify to that but I can't say that there's a huge difference in wearing mascara without any primer versus using a primer first .The Difference in length and volume to me is very much worth it ! I’m happy with this product. It goes on white but once you cover with mascara it blends easily. It makes my lashes look great. As far as easy to remove. I don’t find and mascara day to remove. Always takes some effort.

I brought this product in error thinking I was buying the mascara. It was my mistake and I was annoyed with myself. I tried it and was amazed how I have lived without it for so long. This is absolutely fantastic as it goes under all mascaras. I had an accident years ago and had to have my eye lid sewn back on. It takes me ages to apply mascara as my lashed used to separate (if that makes sense). I used this wonderful product and my mascara goes on straight away. It's expensive but so worth getting. I am over the moon and would definitely recommend

It add length and volume, but mostly length. Im 45 & it makes my lashes look long and healthy.
