Gehl's Mild Cheddar Cheese Sauce, 106 Ounce (Pack of 6)

I'm a mac&cheese nut. I've been using Velveeta and making a white sauce to stretch it. This is far more convenient and the price is right. I don't know about fancy cheeses, but this tastes good and serves my purpose just fine. It's about the same calories, fat, sodium, etc. as Velveeta, and it is made with cheddar cheese. It's nice and thick too, though I microwave it a bit before mixing. I recommend it for general use, nothing here to avoid.-----Update: This is rich enough that I stretch it with some white sauce (milk/cornstarch with a squirt of hot sauce) and it is more like baked M&C and less like pure cheddar.
