Nice cake form
Pretty solid cake pan with removable bottom. I was looking for 6 inch pan to make mini cheesecakes.

It is perfect for a Japanese yogurt cake. It is easy to use and clean, has ideal heat distribution, and is very light. I love it

Very nice pans
I used these pans for "tall" cheesecake recipes at the holidays. Worked great. Cheesecakes easily removed from the pan, easier to control removal than springform in my opinion. Because they are smaller , a thin flexible spatula slid right between the crust and the bottom of the pan and I was able to lift the whole cheesecake to a platter. I found one recipe made 2 cheesecakes, with a bit of filling leftover. They were easy to fit in a water bath. I washed by hand, as I was unsure if they would discolor in the dishwasher. I recommend these pans, and am confident with proper procedures they will work for regular cakes as well.

Good Baking Item
This Item is perfect for small cakes, smash cakes, cheesecakes. I like to bake and share my deserts with my friends and coworkers. And is the right size for it.I was reading the reviews and some customers had a hard time trying to separate the pans and gave a low rate because of that. It took me 5 seconds to find out how to do it. Hold the border of the second pan with your index fingers, push the bottom side with your thumbs and it pops out.

These sturdy pans are as advertised. Received one as a gift a few years ago and decided I needed more. Makes a perfect size for gifts.

Simple and it works
I have used this pan now over 5 times and it was a great buy. Easy to remove my cakes and easy to clean with soaking and both cakes bake evenly. No spillage in the oven or before the oven and the material is nice and durable

Good size and price.
Did the water test and it didn't leak. However, if I lean the pan, then water would drip out. But since cake batter is thicker than water, the will not leak. Overall, this is the right size for my 8qt IP and glad I bought the 2 pans set at good price of $10.99 before they went up.
