Ism Adamo Time Trial Saddle, Black

After reading manufacturer's description of this product decided to give it a try because I was suffering great numbness from my previous saddle. I ride a Kestrel triathlon model so need a saddle that can accommodate all positions with regular and with aero bar.I had to adjust the seat in different positions because this one is shorter. Eventually I will get a professional fitting for better adjustment. As others have described before, it takes time to adapt because the body weight now will fall on the seat bones. Rode the bike 3 weeks, adjusted over the same time in different positions until finally feel comfortable. But most importantly I'm finally able to ride over 50 Kms without any numbness. Price is high, saddle is not light in weight, very good material, comfortable enough after getting used to.

I've had this saddle for a day now and have commuted to and from work on it. While I will admit that I do not have the dull pain/tingling around my groin, sitting on the seat is rather quite uncomfortable to sit on, bordering on pain due to how firm and small this saddle is. If I had to guess, I think my sit bones are spaced farther than 130mm apart. I've tried measuring the distance at home and I get something in the range of 165 - 150, but I'm not sure how reliable those results are. Anyways, I don't think this is any fault of the saddle and more my unfortunate predicament of having a wide bum.Understand that I have had a lot of difficulty in trying to find a saddle that I can belt out 10+ miles on and not have any soreness or tinging around my pelvic region. On top of that, there is no magic saddle that will fit everyone perfectly. Each person has their own individual physique and for me, this seat doesn't jive with my rump. I plan on trying out  ISM PR 2.0 Saddle Black, 140mm  next.

The other bike is the P1 Time Trial bike with this saddle equipped. I initially had problems staying on the trainer for more than 30 minutes at a time with the stock saddle that came with bike. Numbness and sometimes straight up pain made me get off the trainer before the end of a workout very frequently. Since a lot of my trainer work is done specifically on my Time Trial bike for triathlon season, I opted to try a three different saddles before falling on this one. The result? Very good. The blood flow and numbness are no longer issues. After logging more than 30 hours on the trainer and another 20 on open road, I am deciding to stick to this saddle. My only complaint is that the nose is a bit wide, and will take some getting used to. I get a slight rub on the inner thigh with this saddle and I feel like it did change my pedal stroke. The good thing about having a nose so wide is that I can really get forward on the saddle position under hard intervals.

This is the best bike seat i have ever used. I ride a tri bike for longer distances and feel great after. I just completed a 100 mile century with no soreness at all (at least from my bike seat). I switched to this seat due to some numbness in areas where guys dont want to feel numb caused by my old seat and that problem instantly went away. If you dont like your bike seat, buy this one.

This is an amazing saddle. I don't get a numb butt like I did with my old saddle. You will have to just ride around your house to make adjustments to it when you first put it on you bike. The first couple of times that you ride your sit bones will be sore.

i suffer from cyst issues and ill have you guys know that this firmness and style is just what was needed to put pressure off that area. I was worried at first for how firm it was, but i recently discovered that padding is what promotes cysts becuase there is more pressue that is disributed on those soft tissue areas. highly recommend for anyone who wants to get off that nerve and avoid cysts in the wrong spots. super comfy and bolds to your behind quite well no more than 10 min into the ride. super sturdy and very stylish. took no time for me to get used to this style of saddle; in fact, feels a lot better to be honest. give it a try.

I have both this TT and the road version. The latter is more comfortable. Not sure what the intent was with the elongated TT version was, but it doesn't work. The long front simply rubs the legs. Maybe just a question of anatomy but I don't think it does much for TT. That said, both saddles are worlds better than traditional ones.

I have had this saddle five days now. I am already in love with it. It is the second best thing that I have purchased for triathlon. Second only to my TT bike that it is on. After putting the saddle on, I went for an hour ride doing laps around my neighborhood stopping at my house every 10-15 minutes to adjust the saddle until I had it in the correct position for my riding style. Once I got it set up, it blew my mind. I wish I had bought it as soon as I purchased my bike. It was a little different the first ride because all of the pressure is now on your sitbones. Since then, nothing but bliss while riding. Not one thought during the whole of my rides goes to my saddle. Before, with my regular saddle, after about 30 minutes in the TT position it would be uncomfortable, After an hour or so go numb and again around 2 hours become uncomfortable. All those issues have disappeared with the ISM Adamo Time Trial Saddle. I can stay in the TT position all day. Plus, my power output has gone up as well and I am spinning easier. Top notch saddle, I highly recommend it for triathletes and time trial riders.

Compré este producto, porque pensaba que me encontraría mejor cuando pedaleara sobre mi bicicleta de carretera, lo probé y si que es cierto que me reducía el dolor respecto de otros sillines, pero a partir del kilómetro cuarenta el dolor reaparecía y se hacía insoportable.

Difficile à régler et pour l'instant de s'habituer à sa forme. Il faut aussi éviter des cuissards épais habituels car cela frotte.Pour l’instant pas de gains, cela reste plus lourd et moins confortable. A voir apres une sortie longue
