Pigeon as a Japanese brand a really good product delivered easy to use and convenient every working woman should buy this product my wife is happy to use.

Untrustworthy product
Product stopped working within 15 days of my purchase. No support from customer care. 2yrs warranty is scam. Customer care never ever takes your calls. No service center for the product. Amazon should have a background check of these companies before onboarding. Buying such expensive products and then not getting response from customer care is unacceptable.

Stopped working
I bought it in september.it was working fine but suddenly it's pump's suction pressure was reduced. And now pump is working but without suction,means there is only sound.

Waste of Money
The suction rubber was damaged in the form of cut and the entire function is damaged. Now the vaccum doesnt work as intended and you have to manually pull back and stick the pump to breast after every 3 4 suctions. Total loss of money. Cant imagine you pay this much and the product is of no use if the rubber gets a small cut which allows minor air.

Excellent customer support services from the Pigeon Co.I had accidently burnt the connector while sterlising the product. Keeps getting switched off after few seconds
Very bad product.. not even one month after use its getting switched off whenever the mode is changed to expressing either by itself or by us.. can't be used on inverter..so in areas where electricity is not 24 hrs it's really problematic.. and there is no customer care number to invoke the warranty

Not working; Package was already open when delivered
The product is faulty when delivered. It doesn't work at all and the pack that it came in, was already open. I even doubt if it's fresh product. Not recommended. I could never get to use it. And the product type is not returnable.
