They don't make them like they used to
This Colomba was a bit of a disappointment. Not as fresh as I expected and the quality isn't up to par as it is with other Colomba's our family has bought over the years. The flavour was bland, and the almond/sugar oating was lightweight. It's getting very difficult to get them outside of Italy and this one just doesn't cut it. It was the only one available on Amazon when I got it. Too bad.

a bit dry
not bad, but somewhat dry--well within expiration date, but seemed slightly stale. Overall, not bad, but not the best either.
