I've use the chuck-it brand but these were a great alternative product at a lower price. The balls hold their glow for quite a while and the hollow nature with the holes create a nice whistling sound as it sails out of the chuck-it thrower for the dogs to track by sound and sight. The dogs love to chew these and they hold up great with no damage. They travel far too but since they are hollow don't have a lot of bounce once they hit the ground, which is fine if you have a good arm and aren't looking for the bonus bounce distance. Totally happy with the purchase..
