I’m an OT in a school and have several chewers at school. I bought a variety pack on Amazon for “medium” and within a hour one of my kids had chewed through it. This one is super tough and the most durable one I have ever found. It’s one of the more expensive ones I’ve seen, but this is money we’ll spent for my students as the materials and durability are the best I’ve ever seen!

Alright - so my son has some issues with fidgiting and paying attention in class. I've tried several things to try to channel his energy into a "productive" energy for school. One of the things that our occupational therapist recommended was a chew necklace. These are typically used for cases of autism, but also are noted to work for adhd or fidgiting issues. I was 100% against buying this at first, because I thought that this would just change one bad habit (fidgits) to another bad habit (chewing).However, I've really come to like the necklace. He does not use it as much as he used to, but it's great. During circle time when he would normally roll around on the carpet, my son now will play with his necklace. It's very durable (blue color) and lasts almost the entire school year with minimal wear and tear.I love the lego design because it's more stylish and less of a "look at my kid he has a problem" feel. The necklace band itself is not adjustable, but his teachers put knots on the sides to adjust the length. I've bought two of these and will likely buy more.

My son chewed through this one pretty quickly but I’ve been working with customer service for this company which is PHENOMENAL on what chewer would best fit his needs and chew strength if you are unsure I would just email them first they are extremely helpful but this design wasn’t the best for my son but I’ve been helped amazingly so I docked one star just for how long it lasted (2 days for my son) but I kept a high rating because this company has been super helpful and communicative with me!
