This product as described is accurate. Although it does in fact record audio, despite the sellers claims otherwise. -- I am curious though with the lack of visibility with the product if there isn't any communication with devices outside the network of the homes wifi. I say this because on a number of occasions the internet was down and i could not access the device although I was on my home network just fine. That tells me the device is likely communicating with servers outside the home network in order to work -- I plan on putting this device on a seperate network and sniffing the traffic that goes out. I'll be able to tell what IP addresses its talking to external of my home.. Many of these devices seem to talk back to the vendor allowing them access to the your home network. -- I'll follow up shortly

The media could not be loaded.  I have had this smoke detector for almost a year. The alarm’s sensor will detect smoke from both smoldering and flaming fires, Even the smoke produced by burnt food or by steam from the shower can trigger them, so you may be better not placed in the kitchen or near the bathroom area. It’s super easy to install that only requires three screws to mount the base part on the wall and two plastic clips to attach with the detector. The best thing for this detector is that there’s a hidden camera in front of the detector that will help me to check my room 24/7 by my phone. I can monitor what my dog is doing when I’m at work also can find out who goes into my room during the day when I’m not at home. I also can save the pictures and videos to my phone that make it to be a proof if there’s a thief comes into my room. It’s also night vision camera that I can see anything clearly at night without the lights on. The battery is very good that I’ve been using for almost a year and it’s still active. Overall I really enjoy this product and give a double thumbs for it!

I’m a real person who lives in NH. I’ve had a few packages go missing and have a sneaking suspicion I know who it is. So I took a gamble and bought this camera. I was looking for something inconspicuous that I could put in my door peep hole that was both motion detection, could record and I could watch live. The peep hole thing doesn’t exist and this was the next best thing.So I opened the box and was amazed that it looks exactly like a smoke detector. It was super easy to program and much to my surprise, the camera covers a super wide range. At one point, I had it positioned so I could see both the mailbox and my front door.At first, I thought I was going to have to monitor the motion detection to record, but it actually records it for me. So I don’t have to watch my neighbors in real time all 72 times they go up and down the stairs. I can just click the app and a list of recordings comes up.It’s great because I’m currently on vacation and I knew I would have deliveries while I was gone. It was a little pricey but I’d 100% recommend this. I’m actually thinking of getting one for my office too.

Setup was easy. Haven't put it to full use yet but the biggest problem I have with it is that the camera is zoomed in so much. If it is on an 8ft - 10ft ceiling you will only see 2-3 ft directly under it. If it is on a wall, which is typically placed near the ceiling, it has to be a pretty big room for you to see a good portion because you will not see a good 6-8ft directly infront/under the camera. Had I known this I would not have purchased. Camera quality itself is good. If anyone were to have a good look at it they would see there is a camera.

This is better of than another product I bought, pictures are clear. This camera is very clear during the day. I am yet to check night time experience. How I wish the camera can view a wider range like 360 or more than specificied range. This is because I can't view everything I needed to see in a particular area.I will advise the producer to attach a holder that you can bend just incase you want to position it at an angle or the wall to have wider view.

Great camera, good picture quality, great motion sensor sensitivity, easy to use app and it looks like a smoke detector!Downside is the limited field of view from the camera, all my sensors are above door height and as such this camera had a limited range of view, basically just the top half of the room, I position it any lower and it looks suspicious, on the ceiling and it just gives me a downward facing angle.

Had high hopes for a $99 product to keep an eye on my elderly mother. There is no fisheye, really. The cam looks straight down. Mine is installed on a 10 foot ceiling, can't hear sound well or communicate via the mic. Essentially it looks good up on the ceiling but functionality is garbage. Camera works well but as mentioned, if you are interested only in what's directly below, the field of view is limited. Wasted 99 bucks + tax.

THE CONS: The battery life sucks! 2 days max with light activity. If u buy this plan on running wires through ur attic to a power source. And then deal with the green charging light glowing through the bottom and around the sides on top- not very hidden with a shining green beacon. Theres no skipping forward or rewinding with playback so it wastes alot time. THE PROS: Set up is easy. The night vision is awesome and the mirror/flip is nice to have.
