Ease of Installation
2005 Chevrolet Silverado 1500I replaced old one with a new one and it has been a good experienceYou need someone to help you lift the bed to get it in the tank That’s it it worked well

Pump works, sending unit does not
After hours of getting the truck prepped to remove and replace the old original pump, the new one does not show the fuel level. I removed it and replaced it with the original float but still no luck on the fuel level. This is absurd. Its a lot of work to have to remove and diagnose a brand new pump assembly.

Fuel Level sensor is acting up.
Purchased about 30days ago and installed. Only used truck a handful of times and the fuel level sensor works at random times...usually shows empty then I drive down a bumpy road and it'll read my fuel for a couple seconds and then back to empty...on the bright side at least the fuel pump has been working.

Even though you said it was for my truck it wasn't!!!
Had to modify to get the fuel level gauge too work it faced the wrong way. I popped the 2 guipins out and turnd it 180° and reinserted them. It also was too tight going onto the hole to my tank. It said it was the correct one but i feel it wasn't. The lines and electrical conection did work corectly.
