Tween sized!
It's been akward finding gear for my 10 year old twins, youth sizes are meant for much smaller kids and adult sizes are still a bit too large.Fit: This Trailblazer is perfectly sized for my boys (who currently wear a size 10 and a size 12). Not only is this a great fit for today but it will be able to grow with them for several years.Space: holds their 10 essentials, rain gear, lunch and snacks with space left over. Not enough space for say, a school binder and books, but just right for a day on the trail. The water reservoir was sized just right, they drank through the pack over a 3 hour, 6 mile hike.We did experience a downpour while hiking and their pack remained dry inside.

The backpack is quite good in just about every way
The backpack is quite good in just about every way. That said, I wish the description was a bit more specific than simply saying that this is for "kids." We bought it for our 4 year old but ended up trading packs around because it just barely fit our 8year old. This pack is much too big for young children and is more suited to 8-12 year olds. That said, if your child is in this range--buying one of these is a no-brainer.

we loved it. Great size
Only 3 stars because my son ripped a hole in the bottom on our first hiking trip sliding down a rock. Otherwise, we loved it. Great size, pockets, etc.

The pack is made very well, it's light and according to my son, very comfortable when worn
A little soon to give this a full blown review, however, it has proven to be a very nice pack thus far... Purchased for my nine year old son for camping/hiking trips and cub scouts. As is typical with Camelbak, the pack is made very well, it's light and according to my son, very comfortable when worn. Reservoir is just the right size for a child (not to heavy when full) and the reduced size of the pack (when compared to adult packs) is perfectly manageble. I chose red (as opposed to blue) thinking it'll be more visible should my son ever become lost.

Love it!! I just sit and stare 😍
This night light is beautiful! When I pulled it from its packaging I was very disappointed. My initial reaction was that I would be returning the light. Unplugged it looks like a thin slab of porcelain with no detail and blotchy. I am SOOO glad I plugged it in!!! It's like night and day. Here is so much detail and beauty! It's truly magnificent. I purchased one for my sister as a baby shower gift and one for my daughter as an Easter gift. I think it's a beautiful, unique, and thoughtful present for both.

Great bag for kids
My 7 year old loves his pack. It's just large enough for water, snacks, and a jacket. We've had problems with a leaky bite valve since it arrive (which is why I took a star off). Not awful but something we'll need to spend money to fix. If you are frequently hiking or going on longer bike rides, it's worth the money. My husband is elated not to be hauling all the kids necessities.

Mouth piece didn't survive
Got this for my son to use for Boy Scouts. It's his 10 Essentials bag. While he's used it around town for orienteering and other overnight campouts he took it on a weeklong camping adventure in northern Arizona, Camp Geronimo, and the mouthpiece broke on day one. It cracked between the switch and mouthpiece, where the hard plastic and soft rubber meet. My Blowfish backpack is 7 years old and I've never had a problem with the mouth piece. Granted, a 10 year old may be a rough environment but I expected the mouth piece to last longer. Good pack, weak mouth piece.

Great size and design
Great size and design. We have always loved camelbaks for us and now we have them for our kids too. We have a 6 and a 7 year old and these are ALMOST a bit too big, but we yanked the straps and didn't overfill it and it works wonderfully. They will quickly grown into them and it will last them for years. They loved the built in whistles on the straps. Its a great addition for safety.
