Streamline well made . Can’t believe the value bought 2 would buy again!!.
Packaging was great except front wheel axle is not protective enough and cuts thru the front fork therefore you have to order touch up paint. Easy correction to prevent would be heavier axle cover on front wheel. The rear brakes suck. Seat is hard and narrow very uncomfortable. Paint went over filler tube for gas blistered and will fall into tank when filling with gas. Instructions are very vague for assembly, need better written booklet. Engine installation vague i.e. throttle cable. Overall machine is great if you are mechanically inclined. Need more specs on engine need clearer information on engine and installation on bike. Over all great bike. Not a cheep version. 2 cycle kits will be a great disappointment. 2020 version has rear disk break great improvement. Need to buy 90 degree gas tank outlet to have better clearance between air cleaner and stock fuel shut off- pet cock. Makes darn near impossible to adjust and align chain. Seat is hard and narrow. More like 10 speed. Bad . I replaced with fat spring loaded after market. Remarkably quite for such a small restrictive muffler. I’m changing mine at this posting. You need to be qualified for change over. Bought one for my wife also. We’re 64 but don’t let that fool you. Great camp bike.

Product works great. Clutch seems wonky on it though.

Real nice bike well-built
Bike looks like fine craftsmanship all welds are done correctly looking forward to all the fun I'm going to have on it the only downfall is power needs a little more when I'm done with it hold on👍😜

requires lots of clutch maintenance
I purchased the bike new from Phatmoto, the throttle cable had a bad connection to the motor causing the cable to slide and not control the motor. The throttle seems to have a hard pull so I had to add a cable screw to hold the cable from slipping. Halfway into my first ride the clutch seized up and I had to walk the bike home while picking up the back tire. When I got a hold of support I was scolded for not doing the proper clutch maintenance BEFORE riding the bike. I can't even ride 10 miles with out needing to maintain the clutch which requires removal of the clutch. I have lubricated the bearing per their video but after some research I have found the bearing should be lubricated by letting sit in oil over nite or sitting in hot oil for a little while than cooling off in cool oil. When I asked why this isn't done prior to shipping I was scolded that it would dry put in shipping. I'm going to try to lubricate the bearing per the method I read about and sell this bike asap.

Please don’t waste your money
The worst product I have ever purchased. Garbage build quality, and the customer support is the rudest most worthless part about the whole thing.

Good motor, bad bike
My brother bought me this to ride to and from work. The forks arrived bent, but I bent it back just enough to get the front wheel mounted and it's straightened out with use.The front brakes don't work at all, no matter how I tighten the cable. So it takes 10 seconds to come to a complete stop while pedaling, because the rear brakes only work halfway.Speaking of pedaling, the clutch is hot garbage. It doesn't fully disengage ever. Living in Michigan, on cold mornings I have pedal started this bike, because the clutch is seized at temps below 50°F (12°C I think) and I can't start the motor via pull cord.Back to the brakes. The motor overpowers them easily. You will not be able to stop if your throttle gets stuck open like mine did. Full speed with the motor (25mph with the throttle limiter screw removed) takes 22 seconds to come to a full stop. The slotted/drilled brake rotors are a mistake, solid rotors would work better. So would pads that aren't smaller than a quarter.Other than the choke sticker on the motor being backwards, I have nothing bad to say about the motor itself.Awful bike, great motor. Don't buy this. Do some research, buy the motor separately, and get a conversion kit for your preferred bicycle.
