The skirt/tull was very cute. It didn't fit my chair so I had to improvise. It still came out pretty. I'm sure it fits a normal size chair

It is super cute but I had thought it was at least the sash with the tutu. I’m keeping it and just adding my own sash and flowers. yet wanted to write as FYI to anyone else who thought they were getting a package

Perfect!
I added the Sash and Flowers to the TuTu chair decoration. When the tutu came in, it was very wrinkled so I threw it in the dryer for 15 mins and all the wrinkles fell out. I read reviews where this skirt was not full enough. I thought it was perfect!
