Premium Dry Stout No Boil Complete Beer Kit, Makes 5-6 gallons

This has good flavor and good hops. This not a Guiness beer but very drinkable stout.I modified the instructions a bit as follows: 1. I sprinkle the yeast on top of the filled fermenter (when rehydrating yeast, one has about 20 minutes to add the yeast to the fermenter. 2. I add the priming sugar as a simple syrup to the bottling bucket B4 filling with the wort from the fermenter.The beer is one that I will brew again. My next is the Irish Red.
