This does excatly what it says it does. Self heating bed for my cats, they love it. When it's cold they curl up on it together. It's not very thick it's actually pretty thin at least thinner than I expected and I do hear a quiet crinkling sound when I pick it up.It's very soft and I like the double sides. I think for the price it's worth buying.

My mom bought a name brand item, and told me how much her cat l9ved it. I didn't want to spend the big money, so bought this as a cheaper "trial" item.The cat loves them. She'll often, after some time, get off my lap one lie down on them and go fast asleep.So, they ready work.

I can’t provide a decent review of this unfortunately. I bought it for a neighborhood stray who has since become homed. She or her little orange friend who also hangs around my place, peed on it immediately. My act of kindness turned my porch into a turf war with piss bombs going off there daily. So far the orange beast is winning. He’s bigger and therefore contains more “fuel”. I wish I had never bought this. But it’s probably fine. I was happy with it for about a day.

Cat loves it in winter. She has arthritis in hips/knees. Doesn't plug in so goes anywhere. However, it does "pill"- fuzz chunks keep coming off but I remove them with catfur furniture brush or by hand. Makes my old girl cozy, though. Inexpensive

My cat, who is quite particular about where she will sleep and hang out, loves this bed. I noticed that her body warmth, even in the summer months, keeps the bed a nice, cozy temperature. It crinkles slightly when she steps on it and I think that's part of why she loves it so much. It has no strange smell and washes well in cold water, retaining its shape and size. I'm really glad I purchased this bed for her.

I've been caring for stray cats and most seem to love these, I have purchased 4 so far. I've washed some a handful of times and they've held up so far. I think they help keep them warm.

My princess loves it SO much! It's a very appealing color and the material is very soft to the touch. The padding is a bit crinkly but it's REALLY quiet, she put a paw on it when I got it out of the box and then didn't touch it again- I pit it somewhere where she goes a lot and she took to it RIGHT away. I really like that it's machine washable and easy to clean! My cat does not chew on things, but im sure it would hold up against a chewer and has good chew resistance.Highly recommend this!! Your kitty or tiny dog will love it!!!

Bought this during a bad cold spell where keeping the house warm was a challenge. Tiny cat (6lbs) LOVED this mat! Immediately made it his spot and now in warmer weather with AC on he's loving it again. Fit a basket we had perfectly. Bobsey gave it 5 paws up.
