Works good but there's a couple of notes the first thing is it works only with a low pressure water if the pressure is to high it won't work also it can't work continously if you leave it on for more then like 5 min the breaker will go off the last thing is it takes like almost a minute to start get the hot water but overall is good heater

I bought this and another in August for a Christmas present for my wife's business . We finally got the building ready except for the installation of the heaters.The electrician finally installed them on August 28th, 2021.I have been E-Mailing back and forth with your customer technician. The units have power but the indicator lights do not work and the water does not heat up.The tech suggested return. I would prefer 2 working units as they are needed for the sink and the pedicure chair. What can be done???

Was easy to set up, compact and neatly sized. Hot water comes quickly and consistently.

Did not work as expected, I did not try but my friend such is electrical Techician he did buy one the same that I did and told me return that tankless heater for you is not gonna work

I bought this almost a year ago. I chose this brand because I liked the simplicity of the design. I chose the 3.5Kw because it is supposed to be able to heat water for one sink and it runs on 110.The heater barely heats water. Changing the setting makes no difference. The best it does is a brief period of lukewarm water if you run a tiny stream.Their tech support didn't answer the phone, but took messages. They did try to return calls, but repeatedly ignored my request to call after 3pm pacific so they could speak with my husband who installed the heater. My husband wired and plumbed our entire house and everything else works so I doubt it was something he did wrong.I couldn't review this product last winter because they had taken it off Amazon.

Hot water for our camper

Bought to use for one sink. After 1 month it quit working. Called tech support. Had to e-mail pictures of install. finally said to return item through customer support. Can not get through to customer support and frankly was not worth the hassle. It heated good for the one month it worked.
