At first it seemed a bit sweet when mixed into unsweetened almond milk. Then the next time I tried it in coffee. OMG, perfect “mocha”. Plus drinking it a bit slower was good. I mixed it into the liquids with a hand held milk frother. That worked really well. Everything dissolves and no lumps. Also some protein mixes can get talkie glue in hot liquids, not this.I would highly recommend.

One word, DELICIOUS! I was honestly skeptical of the reviews. Could a Protein Shake that helps you lose weight really taste like a creamy Chocolate milkshake without any of the guilt? YES!! This Shake is amazing, No Chalky taste and no weird Aftertaste. Just pure Heaven! The only problem you’re going to have is Controling yourself from drinking the whole box. Just saying, how is this even Keto??

Delicious. Loved the option of mixing with nut milk, water or coffee. Made traveling on keto easy.

Purchased two boxes to help supplement keto meals for 2-3 weeks. Would often get upset stomach after using product. Discomfort was regular and got worse over time - I didn't complete using all packages I purchased and felt better once I stopped. Unsure why but caffeine is part of the ingredients and this may have been part of the issue - Too bad results were not better, I love supplements but this one didn't mix well with my chemistry. :(

I mix this with some iced coffee in the mornings and it is great. The flavor with coffee or water is so good. The packers are easy for me to throw in my gym bag to have after my workouts. Great product definitely buying again.

This is really tasty. Mixed with macadamia milk it really tastes like chocolate milk. Doesn’t have any chalky taste. Wish they had a vanilla flavor too

It's good product for people on the go. But there should have a bigger packet count.
