This tastes good. I use about a spoon of honey and it's real tasty. Sometimes I add a shot of apple cider vinegar for added benefits but not needed. This is very gentle as advertised no tummy aches or cramps involved. I mainly drink 1 cup in the a.m and sometimes I'll have a 2nd cup in the evening. Still gentle even when I have 2 cups a day. I haven't noticed any notable weightloss. I THINK I lost 1 or 2lbs after a week can't confirm bc I don't weigh in everyday. Def try this if constipation is an issue for you or you need the cleanse

This tea is a bit strong but the cleansing is necessary .The taste is refreshing.I stomach is flatter and no inflamation my apetite is less wich is good when you want to loose weight.I finished my first order in a week drank one in the morning and before bed .I ate light and excercise I am down 1 dress size and 4 pounds .This tea works! Stay hydrated it cleanses the liver so you need water to flush out crap.I sleep so good and by 6 am I'm ready for the bathroom .By far the best tea and I've purchased alot of teas. MY waist is back!

Total Tea Gentle Detox is an innovative digestion-enhancing K-cup compatible product. I love tea and particularly like black and green teas, though I am less enthusiastic about many herbal teas. The Gentle Detox blend's predominant taste is cinnamon, though it's not overpowering; I like that, though I'm not especially fond of the chamomile notes. The cups themselves are ideal for tea, as their bottoms are essentially a frame with filter paper lining that allows maximal tea flavor in a normal brewing cycle. The cups are very well protected by their packaging, as each is provided with a space in a tight-fitting plastic liner inside the box. They can be a bit difficult to extract from the tray, but they are fresh and in good condition when you dislodge them. I admit that this is not my favorite tasting tea, but it's good for an herbal mixture and has bonus digestive benefits that warrant a four star review and recommendation.

tea so far is great, 3 cups not a major deal right now - packaging not so much -- i take it out of the box and the tea sifts all over the counter - have one of those things for keurig that i can put the k-cups in and reach the one i want easily - i can reach it easily BUT there is a substance that is similar to flour all over the counter and the keurig holder --- and even in the box, it came in, there is a lot or residue - i think that ½ the tea is in the plastic container that hold the individual K-cup in the box that it arrived inwish like heck the packaging was a lot better

These K-cups are easy and quick to use, and the tea itself tastes pretty good! Nothing weird or out of the ordinary happened to me at all. It did take me a bit longer to notice any results, but now it’s part of my nightly routine and I can tell when I don’t have a cup. I’ve also tried this same tea in teabag form and I like it as well.This company has amazing service and is very communicative. I would recommend trying this if you’re new to drinking detox tea, or even looking to try something new. ( :

I usually drink Smooth Move tea but it is no longer available in k cups and I really love using k cups. I decided to try this. It is DELICIOUS and had a wonderful smell. It also does the job (I have a gastric sleeve and am prone to constipation. This works just fine!) I enjoy even drinking it as a tea, even if I don't need the detox part, it is so tasty. Will order again and again! Thank you! PS I have an older Keureg so dont know if it works in the newer ones or not, but worked fine in mine!
