One A Day Men's Health Formula - Good Value!
It is difficult to say too much about a men's multivitamin other than to say they seem to work well for me. I have tried some other brands that are much more costly than One A Day but the results were virtually identical. These are not magic pills; I didn't turn into Superman, but they seem to work well and are reasonably priced. Generally what I call "value."

Don’t take on an empty stomach
It’s hard to know if vitamins are working. I think so. I’m writing this review just to warn people not to take them on an empty stomach: makes me nauseous.

expiration date in two months
i ordered and received this item the first week of this month. that's 100 tablets of one a day multivitamins.i was shocked to see that they had an expiration date of 04/2023. that's 2 months from now. you do the math. that would be around 40 tablets, almost half that will be unusable
