I do not know about engraving. They are a decent thickness so I would imagine it possible. I have used mine a lot and have had no rusting.

Yes I'm sure they can be engraved. You'll have no issue with rusting, their 18/8 stainless steel.

They are evenly balanced like a normal wine glass. They will tip over but if they do they will still be ok.
