My new favorite hat in summer. Except when it's raining. The only down side to this hat is the front velcro loop area is too wide by almost 1 inch for standard morale patches, so a 1/2 inch of loop sticks out each side of your morale patch.

Exactly as it appears. The usual excellent helikon-tex quality. I expect good service life.

The media could not be loaded. These are my favorite hats ever for hot weather!! I had a green one but it got stolen outta my JEEP.The best operator cap for hot weather... period.

Super comfortable and high quality material on the inside. Like other reviews have said, the outer mesh is not a soft material but that helps hold its shape. Very comfortable on the skin of the head and can be worn on hot days out at the range with over the ear hearing protection comfortably (no top button). Brown is a perfect actual coyote brown and matches AR500 gear. Bill is thick and well formed. Overall this will be my favorite summer hat... even over a few of them with the softer mesh.

nice hot weather hat. I bought a black on and it was assembled kinda weird. I had already taken the tags off otherwise I would have sent it back.

This is a nice quality hat. Well put together. The mesh top allows for heat to dissipate off your head. Inside is a soft sweat band that is very comfortable which I was unaware it had. You can clearly see it in the stock photo. Got this for summertime work outside in the heat.

There are three things that I noticed that when I received the hat. I'll attempt to give a description of these. 1st: The front bill is off center - when the hat is on straight, the bill sits to the right. If you want to correct this, you have tilt the hat on your head. 2nd: two of the three velcro patches are sewn on crooked. - The one on front and one on back. 3rd: The support strap on the front of the hat is sewn in at an angle. If the front of the hat was completely covered as you see in most hats, this wouldn't be an issue. But, you can see it through the mesh. If you're not concerned about these things then I would says it's a great hat and does what it claims - (lets air in through the mesh).

Looks just like the pic. Very light and good air circulation! Use for running and biking!
