I love the quality and taste of this sugar! Great quality and great price! Same as regular sugar when it comes to anything and everything. So yes, use it in baking like you normally would. Dissolves as usual because, it's sugar! Not a substitute, nothing different but not so processed and healthier. It's not bleached so you have the beautiful light brown natural color. The smell is the natural smell of sugar, lol. The texture is the nature texture of sugar. People, this is just natural sugar. I feel like it provides a richer flavor than the bleached heavily processed crap.

This is a great deal for a high-quality product. The sugar is fresh, dissolves easily, and works perfectly for baking and everyday use. It’s also the best price I’ve found for this size anywhere. I love that it comes in a big bag so I don’t have to restock as often. Definitely recommend if you go through a lot of sugar!

Great value, huge bag of sugar for the money. No dyes, and none of the artificial garbage. Taste the same as regular sugar, dissolves easily. I'm definitely going to be getting more, probably on subscribe and save.

This sugar is just as good as any other sugar except it's organic. Also just be aware that it has a different taste than regular white sugar due to the little bit of molasses that is left in it.The first time I tried it in my drinks it threw me off a bit. lol This sugar works well with hot drinks in my opinion, because of the molasses notes.Cold drinks I'd use white sugar unless you really are used to the molasses notes and don't mind it in cold drinks.Now don't get me started on turbinado sugar. That I can eat by the spoonful. 😅 I don't know why it's SO good. Amazon sells that too.

Delicious cane sugar. No chemicals or additives. I buy the dark brown sugar.Then decided to try this cane sugar.The bag lasts us a little over a month.Lots of coffee drinkers in our household.
