These work great. Very comfortable and easy to use with any shoes

Won’t stay in place
Both the toe wrap holder & the pads ski around inside shoes or if worn without a shoe. They help my Mortons Neuroma/metatarsal pain, but only when can kee it in place, which is hardly ever.

Why the sleeve?
A little confusing. Not sure why a sleeve is included since they must be adhered to your shoe.

this is so thin and flimsy. Not worth the money at all to me. Its hard to keep it even in place. The one pad that can be glued to the inside of the shoe is good, but the other that attaches to your toes is not good at all.
