Really has helped my lower back pain
Its amazing what this little pillow can do for my back. Lengthy trips in the car and on a plane used to leave my back feeling very stiff and sore, but now I slide this wedge under me every time I sit down for prolonged periods of time and my back isn't sore anymore. Price is a bit expensive considering its just a cushion, but the relief that it gives me is worth it in my eyes. Will be buying more so I don't have to lug my single pillow around with me all the time.

Too small for softer chair. Filled with beads or powder, which move & don't hold shape.
It's made of very durable upholstery material (like naugahyde). It seems to be sewn well. However, the beads/powder inside shift and move around, so the pillow doesn't hold its shape. Also, the pillow is too small to work on a softly upholstered chair. It might be very good on a firm, wooden surface.

Save your money, no value here.
Maybe ok for its intended purposes but much smaller and more loosely packed than anticipated. Not worth the $30 price tag. Pretty sure it costs about a dollar or so to make. But that’s just my opinion.

Too small and ineffective--I wish I could return it.
Too small (and soft) to work in the gap in the carseat between the back of the car seat and the bottom--the cushion just disappears. Also, the cushion began (after a week) to leak with the materials it is stuffed with. I wish I could return it now. Recommendation: If you wish to fill that gap in the car seat (between seat bottom and seat back), a much better cushion to use is the Original McKenzie Super Roll, a half roll which fills in the gap beautifully. For driving comfort: I combine putting the McKenzie Super Roll in the gap, with using two of the Gokhale Method Stretchsit Cushion Lumbar Backrest on the back of the carseat, a combination that offsets the forward leaning head rests in cars these days and helps create a comfortable, safe driving position, especially for people with back issues.

I recommend it if your back pain is posture related.
My back feels so much better when I drive after I started using this wedge. I haven't used it in other places yet but plan to take it on plane trips. It does take some getting used to, and you do have to sit on it properly to get the benefit. It's not magic and if your back pain is totally unrelated to posture then it might not help you.If you do have posture issues, you might want to read the book that the wedge seller wrote. I don't agree with everything she says but she does bring up concepts worth thinking about, and has good pointers for improving natural comfortable posture.

Life changer- no more pain!!!!!!
Relieved my chronic lower back pain in less than 24 hours- (I have a history of 10+ years of back pain). Sitting with the wedge relieves pressure and helps me become aware of and correct my posture so I am not constantly 'reinjuring' my back. Before I had no idea how much I was allowing my tailbone to tuck and I only see now because of the orthodontic like effect the wedge has on my posture- This thing changed my life nothing else worked! I also recommend porter's book she's a genius!

Great portability but not comfortable for me.
This might work for other people but it is not very comfortable for me - maybe they need to be a little wider - can't quite figure out why it's hard to sit on for any length of time. The portability is great and I bought it for a long plane trip to Japan. I won't take it with me and, if I could return it, I would.
