Excellent product. Easy to install and program. We have two of these and it is so nice not to require a key to enter the home.

Elegant with Ease of installation
The look is not overkill; it is simple yet elegant. The installation process was easy and straightforward. It took me about 10 minutes to install each of the three locks I purchased. I was so happy with the product that I planned to order four more. However, the discount price was no longer available, so I decided to purchase four Eufy C33 locks instead—and I couldn’t be happier.

Best Thing Since Sliced Bread
For anyone who must be safe and secure, and may have obstacles getting to the door, this is the product for them; however, there are variations such as one will "automatically" notify your security system and open the door without the alarm going off, mine did not - but it could have been purchased had I known about the option. Thus, "Options" would have been a great help in completing my order.Secondly, I spent many weeks calling locksmiths for "bids" and they were all too high, IMHO, until I though of calling my security system home office - Texas Homeland Security. They immediately told me their tech could install this for me, so of course, I had them do it, and I am grateful. It cost less to have them do it, too.Lastly, with this product, their are many options, for many individuals to have their own private pass code (4 digits), and there are as many choices, so one can be selected by the home/residence owner, or 1 for each person utilizing the pass code. It is perfect for seniors, the infirm, or ill, who have home health and nursing going and coming from the residence, or EMS/Fire as well. I often wondered what would happen if I awoke during the night to my fire alarm - until it did happen. Now, I know my PD/FD/EMS has my pass code. My friends have one, my off spring have their own numbers, and they each chose them; but beware, they must be told to give it to you, the residence owner, as well. Keep a list of each one, and do not lose it. I have my life in two easily accessible locations, and one ( 1) main pass code for group members of an organization I belong to . . .I'm very happy with this.

and I thought this might be a good opportunity to get a bluetooth-compatible lock that could be ...
EDIT: It's broken. Twice. This should be pretty self explanatory. After more-or-less working well for a couple years, our Schlage lock has broken twice. The first time it was the actual latch hardware inside the lock. I replaced it. The second time, it seems to be something inside the lock's hardware.I've now had to break into my house far too many times. I'm looking fora replacement, anything that's not made by Schlage.Original review below:----After 10-years, the door handle between our house and garage was beginning to wear out. After a few unsuccessful repair attempts, I decided to replace it with a "smart" lock.I'm a self-admitted nerd, and I thought this might be a good opportunity to get a bluetooth-compatible lock that could be unlocked with our smartphones. But, after some research and a quick cost-benefit analysis, I decided that at least today, that would be more hassle than it's worth. So, I did a bit more research on keypad locks, and settled on the Schlange. It was a great choice.Installation and programming was straightforward. The quality of hardware is (insofar as I can tell from about a month of use) top-notch. The features I like are:* This lock completely eliminates the need for a key. There's no either/or, or re-keying to match your existing locks, because you simply can't use a key on this lock.* You can easily program a wide range of key-codes. So you could, for example, use an easy-to-remember combination that you use other places as your key-code, but give a different key-code to a house-cleaner that's stopping by while you're on vacation.* The battery is supposed to last a very long time, and warn you when it's getting low. But if you ever do have a dead battery situation, there are two cleverly concealed ports on the front of the lock that will let you "jump start" the lock with another 9-volt battery. The only thing I don't like is how short the duration of the "assist" light is. You press a button, and a little LED illuminates the keypad, but the length of the illumination is barely long enough to enter a 4-digit code. I'm sure this is to save on battery usage, but it's just not long enough.All-in-all, I'd buy this again in a second, and recommend it to my friends.
