light flavor, great for cooking or on salads
I am sensitive to a lot of oils (like canola, sunflower, safflower, corn oil, etc) but I have no problems with rice bran oil. I found this brand of rice bran oil to be light tasting and can be used in salad dressing, or in cooking where oil is needed, and also for frying. It has a high smoke point, and foods remain light tasting without an overly oily taste or texture. Great substitute for other oils, and the price is great!.
