It's efficient and functional.
I am a serious cook and own different gadgets and kitchen appliances with big names. My phillips food processor started getting worn out quickly and I just threw it out. I bought Swiss brand hand mixer and food processor set instead. Then it was not big enough! The power wasn't strong enough and the food processor unit was just tiny. Especially the feed is usually too small in most of the food processors available and it's so annoying! I researched a bit and found another big brand but now can't be bothered to spend too much this time. Fortunately I ran into Decen food processor and ordered it but still in doubt. You may feel it's not looking very sturdy but actually it works well and the size of the feed is perfect. I can now get my meat sliced for my stir-fry with no problem. I highly recommend someone who's looking for a budget food processor yet efficient and functional. The capacity is I think perfect it's not too big or too small.

Easy to use and easy to clean!
Being a working mom can be really tiring. Sometimes after work I feel I just don’t have enough energy to prepare home cooked meals and take care of my toddler too. So this food processor is a life saver for me. I must admit I am not the best cook but another reason why I got a food processor is because I also wanted to try preparing new dishes and make my own sauces too. For a newbie in the kitchen here are the things I like about it:* Large capacity - this helps me save a lot of time preparing for a dish since I do not have to do several batches. Again for a working mom this is gold!* Suckers - this prevents the food processor from moving around the counter top* It has 3 speeds to choose from pulse, low and high which are the basics for a food processor. Power is at 500 watts which is good enough for chopping however might not be suitable for dough making* Accessories - includes metal and plastic S blades, reversible disc (slicing and shredding) and feed tubes. With these accessories I can prepare food faster as I do not need to chop by hands* Easy to cleanOverall, I am satisfied with it as it made my life a bit easier in terms of food preparation. Power could have been higher (700 watts) but then again I am not yet into dough making anyway. 5 ⭐️

Good quality and stylish.
A good size with good attachments it has certainly made life easier when making soups etc.We were impressed by the look and feel and the fact that there was both a bowl and a blender.Good quality and stylish.

Terrible quality and “slicing” ability
When I received this I noticed that there was a rough edge on the feeder. Unperturbed, I decided to slice cheese for lunch on ‘low’.... it decided to muller it! I tried again on ‘pulse’ and it finished off the mullering, cheese was everywhere including inside the lid. On the worktop. On the floor. On the dog!It was set up correctly and sliced about 40% of the cheese. The rest ended up in little balls of varying size, like I’d tried grating it with a dulled blade. What was sliced was a good depth, 3mm-ish but wibbley.It’s crap in my opinion, I wasn’t even expecting much from it either! And it’s book said it was an Aicok, not Decen....

2 Months Review. Perfect grinder with many accessories
Have had a handful of grinders and nothing compares to this. I can never get the right consistency and evenness but this grinder provides exactly that. In the 2 months of use, we used this thoroughly and can say this is perfect for grinding any foods and hard seeds.It comes with 3 blades, a circular blade as well a plastic and metal s blade. The plastic s blade is perfect for softer items and sharp as well. Provides nice consistency as well. It comes with 2 food pushers as well, both of different sizes. There is also a 2 in 1 tube feeder / pusher that goes with this.One of the good features is the tube suction mat under the grinder as soon as you place it on the counter, it will suck on the surface without moving. An ideal and good safety mechanism which my previous ones did not have as good as this one as it is hard to budge. Overall, a perfect grinder that doesn't take up a lot of space and blends perfectly without having to constantly re-blending. Easy to use and set up. Highly recommended.

Very happy with these
This food processor is really good, I've used it to blitz gravy from the slow cooker, soup and batter for a cake so far. All good so far!

It died. Sudden Death Syndrome !!
Used it once to shred some carrots and after washing the bowl and blades - it died. Tried changing the fuse - but it is simply dead. Tried every which way to slot the bowl into its fittings - but nope. Nothing.

Money well spent!
Love this machine and excellent value for money. I actually did quite a lot of research and poured over reviews etc. Very versatile and has been well used in the short time since purchase.
