Good leaf rake
Worked really well, large and sturdy, used it for one season so far. Also great that it’s made in the USA

Definitely heavy duty
This is by far the stoutest rake I've ever used! I was trying to save money on getting a pine needle rake or a lawn sweeper for my tractor to clean up pine needles and leaves in the fall and grass clippings in the summer so I got this to try since my old rake is just the light steel tine type that bends too easily when the piles get big and too narrow so many passes were necessary. My yard is pretty big and often requires hours of raking a week depending on the time of year and how long I went between mows or the amount of rain in between! I don't mind some physical labor and didn't just want to buy more expensive equipment for the tractor to be lazy so I decided to get this first and see if I could get by with it. It definitely can handle heavy piles of leaves and has a much wider rake than my old one. However, when raking pine needles it gets clogged up literally about every 3 or 4 rakes and I'm stopping to clear it out, so it didn't work there. Ultimately my yard is just too big even with a leaf blower and this rake so I went with the lawn sweeper! BUT, I'm still glad I have this rake for those areas or quick clean up times that it just isn't necessary or effective to drag the tractor and sweeper out. The one observation I will point out is that the handle is THICK. My hands are average size, wear a mens L or XL glove depending on the maker, and the handle takes some getting used to. I would say it's almost twice the size of the average wooden rake/shovel handle. Just an FYI if you think that could be a problem. Overall I'm happy with this addition to the outdoor tool collection and would recommend it!

Be sure the hole is lined up BEFORE inserting the handle.
This is a sturdy rake, and looks like it will last a good long time w/ normal use and care. 2 issues: 1. The thing was sent in a plastic bag in 2 pieces. The bag was ripped, of course, and the rake and handle were sticking out of different holes. I consider myself lucky both parts arrived intact. 2. I inserted the handle into the rake without worrying about alignment, figuring I'd adjust it after, but it is a exceptionally tight fit and could not be turned without using a pair of vise grips, but those looked like they'd damage the handle, which cannot be stressed or it will crack. Solution: I drilled a new hole and put the bolt through that. I'd have saved myself 10 minutes if I'd aligned it first. Duh. On the upside, I'm not worried about the handle coming loose. :-{

Great rake, great quality
Rake is definitely even better quality than I thought it was gonna be and its also a lot bigger than I thought it'd be. I'm a fan.The bolt holding the handle on seems like its there just to make you feel better cause it took every bit of strength I had to get it seated all the way in there to even bolt it on. Its not going anywhere any time soon.

Real Leaf Rake!
This is a fine and sturdy tool. Nice sized handle. Quality construction. Great width for grabbing a nice swath of leaves.No sharp edges at junction of handle and head. A winner!

Not as useful as expected
We have a large yard with 3 live oaks that drop mountains of leaves each year. For the past few years I have been using a standard rake with metal tines. It gets the job done but is slow going so I want to upgrade and bought Bully Poly Leafe rake.The rake is a solid build and was easy to assemble. The issue I am running into is with the shape of the head and the plastic tines. The tines in the middle of the head are the only ones that the ground. I've tried pushing down harder to get them all to touch but the times in the middle feel like they will break and start to tear the ground up.The only way I can make it useful is to lower the handle toward the ground and use it like a hoe.I like the overall concept just not the execution.

Great rake
I have a large backyard and rake it about six times a year when the leaves or monkey balls fall. I have been through three rakes before this one which have all broken with moderate use. This rake is a beast. I am able to get the job done in half of the time. The rake feels sturdy and durable. Would highly recommend.
