On a keto diet, and further going back to homemade foods such as bone broth, offal, and of course no sugar, my taste buds have graduated to a new level of sophistication, maturity. This stuff tastes pretty good. I need to remember to use it, bought it as a lark. But, really, with a bit of butter, on a keto mug bread or savory cake, it really is a nice little burst of "different". Though, more, it reminds me of heavy stock... cooked down to a near paste. Salty, sure, just take... smaller bites. Good eating.

I received it Aug 5th 2022 and found the expiration date is Oct 6th 2022. Worst of all, this item cannot be returned.

This is a must have item in our pantry for my Aussie husband. Not always easy to find in a store, so buying on line was a breeze....though a bit pricey, I thought.
