I am still processing the full benefits of this product, but expect it to be beneficial.

Not easy to swallow as capsule become quite sticky when in the mouth. I have broken the capsule open to take product off a spoon. Product is really bitter but washes down easily.Jury is out as to whether it really does help control blood sugars!

Health reasons but I haven't been taking them long enough to know whether or not they've worked.

Be careful! Causes diarrhoea and vomiting

It does the job for me on my health

I’m still trying to discover yet whether it is good.
