They work to curb craving for foods you really shouldn't eat after a meal if you are truing to loose weight. The product works as advertised.

I need will power when it comes to dieting. This worked for me to curb the munchies to some degree, but you have to want to skip the snack.

These work very well. When I get back from bike rides I am endlessly hungry and can keep eating and eating. When I take a meal ender it makes my body realize how much I’ve eaten and be satisfied. No, this is not a magic pill that will stop you from being hungry all day, but if you have trouble with ending your meal and go for seconds, snacks or desserts, than this is certainly worth a try.

Meal Enders have a great, sweet taste up front. The coating is made of mostly sugar and is essentially candy. It then melts away to a tangy/tingly taste. If you already have decided you are not going to eat anymore, it's kind of a nice thing to enjoy, but I can't say they made me want to eat less than I would have without them. In fact, much of the time, I just wanted another MealEnders likely because of the sugar. They do taste good, but they're pretty expensive for fancy candy.

Very happy with product. Still trying to motivate myself to be consistent with it. But product is awesome. So glad I purchased.

I think the Meal Enders help, I grab one of those instead of something sugary. Helps to satisfy my sweet tooth.
