OXO Good Grips Egg Beater

I wanted something for smallish mixing when I didn’t need to pull out a hand mixer or stand mixer. This hits the spot. Dishwasher safe. Easy to store. Easy to reach and use. It is great quality I am very happy with this purchase.

Simple, fast, dishwasher safe. No electricity required. Bought a second one for camping.

Love this beater, but I am on my THIRD ONe. The part that holds the beater stems keep cracking.

I'm pleased with this product. It is intended for light duty/home use -- not commercial kitchen application. Easy to detach and clean the beaters in the dishwasher.

This purchase is a gift so my review is based on the same product that I have used for several months, mostly for making whip cream from heavy cream.This beater is so convenient and easy to use. Just pick it up, put it into the bowl with whatever you want to mix and crank away. It's really easy to crank too fast and splatter your food around the room so control yourself.Despite it being sold as an egg beater I've never used it for that because I always forget about it and I usually just mix up my eggs in the pan as I scramble them.I used it last week to make a cake and it was real easy to use and did a great job of getting clumps out of the mixture. As it all began to mix well it got pretty thick and more difficult to mix but this beater handled it well with only slightly more force on the handle.Cleaning is not so easy as there are 8 blades and the blade support to clean. I find that licking the remaining whip cream off the blades as well as I can is enjoyable and delicious and makes less mess to clean off the beaters. While the remaining stuff on the blades is still fresh I run it under hot water and spray with the kitchen faucet sprayer until it looks clean. The put it in the dishwasher to make sure it's cleaned well. The beater assembly detaches from the motor easily so it can be popped into washer and you can also remove each of two beater blades completely for washing.I think it works great and that's why I bought another to give to someone. I recommend this product based on my personal use.

My husband is the egg cook and he HAD TO have one in both homes. This is a durable plastic and metal mixer with a hand crank. The beaters are removable to go into the dishwasher. Exactly as described, and fits my 6’5” husband’s giant hands just fine. Not really a complaint, but an observation, the original one in house #1 is a few years old and the white plastic has turned a cream color from age. Get one. You won’t regret it.

So I saw this in a reels cooking video and I've been looking for a manual hand mixer for a while that was quality. This one feels quality comfortable in handsThe mixing blades/wires actually are removable to wash by hand or in a dishwasher. I looked at some of the Amazon Videos and a coupld of them do not show that feature. You you can remove the mixing wires.I like it and recommend it.
