Sugarpill Cosmetics Pressed Eyeshadow, Buttercupcake

Refer to my review about the red Sugarpill shadow above. I actually like the blue even better. Plus, I love the pink eyebrows in this picture too. Great idea!! Not for daytime unless blended down with other colors. Well, that is unless you really want to make an outrageous statement. In that case, go for it, and wear it proud! I love it! Fantastic for night time fun. For a tip, check out the other blending colors I describe above. I'm really excited that color is back in. Wearing browns made everyone look dead. That trend continued too long for my taste. That was later 90's and early 2000. Get rid of that blah look. Try a little color to compliment and accent your beautiful eyes. You don't have to jump overboard, but look vibrant and alive like women used to look. Vetnure out into new realms, and have some fun.

I use this in my face painting business as both an alternative to water based paint in the hot summer months but also to add punch on top of painted designs. Good opaque yellows are hard to find and this one is quite good but for max punch, it does need a primer or used on top of paint. Still, it's quite pigmented and smooth, blends well. I haven't used it as 'makeup' but expect it would really pop on darker skin tones. The ability to purchase on Amazon is also a plus!

Poison Plum is a gorgeous color, blends well, and initially after applying it, I was absolutely in love with it. Had I written this review then, it would have been 5 stars.Then, within an hour or two, I started noticing all the transferrance -- this shade didn't just stay put, instead starting to encroach on all the other eyeshadow I was wearing (not a problem I typically experience at all!)... Okay, that moved it down to 4 stars.Finally, when I went to remove my makeup, I discovered that Poison Plum stains -- A LOT. It looks like I'm going to have a pink stain around my crease for the next day or two now. 3 stars, and that's pretty generous.

I like this eyeshadow very much. The coverage and pigmentation is good. I have very fair skin and use this as a base shadow. I like it better than other white shades I have tried and it seems to be lasting a long time. It does not seem to be irritating to my skin, and I tend to have a lot of sensitivities to eyeshadows. Two thumbs up! Will buy again.

A little pricey and a little small and I wish it had prime shipping but it's such a nice shade I don't even mind. It has a good pigment to it and a nice feel on the face, I use it for cosplay and it's been exactly what I needed.

It's super pigmented, which I wanted but yeah it's pricey, I guess because of 1) the cute packaging 2) it's vegan 3) it's really pigmented and highly pigmented eye shadows are more expensive (think Urban Decay). I took off one star cuz of the price. Product itself gets 5 stars for quality. It's really soft and smooth. :) I heard about this thru vintage YouTuber Cherry Dollface.

Color is great but powder is very dry and goes on very thin. If you really want it to pop and be very bright you'll need something sticky/wet as a primer. I used a Mac Primer I have that's quite light and it helped but this color is just so dry it wasn't enough. BUT it does blend really well.

BEST WHITE EYE SHADOW EVER!!!!I didn't realize when i ordered that is was not completely matte. But if you are a matte lover don't let that change your mind about ordering this product. The only time i can EVER see the shimmer is if i dust it on to the back of my hand. I've been on a mission for the perfect matte white forever not and this by far surpasses any other brand I've tried, it just might be the one i sick with :D

this eye shadow is lovely to work with. its extremely pigmented and is a lovely amethyst pinky shade. it comes out incredibly creamy and blends beautifully so if you feel its too bright you can tone it down easily. there is very little drop down when applying which is great.the packaging is really nice, it comes in a box with the sugarpill details on it, so as a gift it would look really cute. the plastic packaging itself is really good quality and doesn't pop open or feel like its going to break if you accidently dropped it. the shadow also has a nice smell to it (which I know sounds odd, but some smell really chemical but this one doesn't)the delivery on it was also really quick-I ordered this just after Christmas and its still not due, but I have had it since the start of January which is brilliant.

Super pigmented, same with all their colors. You will not be disappointed with any of the Sugarpill products. I highly recommend this to any makeup lover.

Beautiful shade, nicely pigmented just like all the Sugarpill eyeshadows!
