I got this because I need to start exercising, I have tried the smart bands but I wanted something that looks like a watch. With the app connected to my phone, I can view the pace and distance during the run or ride and the exercise route map. It also have 24-hour heart rate blood pressure monitoring and record data in the app to generate personalized reports. The watch tracks your sleep cycle throughout the night. It track your REM/ deep sleep and light sleep cycles. The app intelligently analyzes your sleep quality and automatically generates daily, weekly and monthly sleep reports. Since I have high blood pressure this watch can check my BP and I'm aware of the device inaccuracies but it give me a quick snap shot of my BP.The SMS, incoming phone calls, WhatsApp, and most other apps messages are seamlessly synced.You can set it up to have messages and calls from your phone alert and see them on your wrist. Which means you'll be able to read text, some email and see who's calling from your wrist without pulling out your phone. If you need to replay to a text you'll still need your phone.The touch screen is responsive I haven't had any problems with this at all. The battery life is great so far. I am able to get 4 days so far and so far it looks like it will definitely give me about a week of battery life.

This watch has lots more functions than my old Fitbit 2. It not only monitors exercise data but also reports calorie burned during my exercise. It connects to my phone shows calls and messages. The extra nice function is it can measure my blood oxygen while showing the heart rate.

I was looking for a smart watch for my husband to couple with my pink one. Actually I was a bit worried until I received and checked it. So far it's very durable and scratch resistant. The band is comfortable and fashionable. The heart rate sensor seems accurate. An awesome battery life!

wear this watch for a week already, feel comfortable and light , running date is good for u to know how far u go,also water prof is alsway good.

It’s a decent watch for the money but the blood pressure readings aren’t just inaccurate, they’re pretty much made up and not even close. I’ve checked it every time my doctor checks my BP and the watch is ridiculously off. I just hope the steps and heart rate are at least in the ball park.

Works great - I like the face options - note in sunlight you cannot see the dial so have to find shade. But inside it’s perfect for after walks to see how far you walked and calories burned.
