Great for at-home workouts
With the virus going around, gyms are closed and I don’t want to lose a lot of my muscle. I live in a small studio apartment and can’t have bulky things so these work great. I wish I could just be back in the gym but for the price and the situation, I am very happy

Got them for my wife...
... And she absolutely adores them! Although the black one is a little bigger than anticipated, it does work for larger spans of legs. She has manly focused on using the grey and silver ones while on the treadmill and they do wonders for her legs' excersices!

She Loves Them
My wife does her yoga workouts almost everyday and these bands have really helped take that to the next level. The three different levels of bands are perfect and the material is so much better than allot of the bands you find in the store. Would definitely recommend this product to anyone!

Perfect for men and women
Great resistance to this band. Many uses for working out and great for myself ( 5'3'', 120lbs) and my husband (5'9'', 190 lbs.)

Bands are the same resistance just different sizes (lengths).
Each band has the same resistance, what changes is the length of the band. I would have preferred that the resistance changed, because the 2 "lighter" bands are too big and fall down or provide no resistance for the first several inches. The smallest one has already began to loose its elasticity as its the only one I can utilize. I was aware they were different sizes when I ordered, it just didn't realize it would make that much of a difference. I will probably cut and sew the larger ones so I can use them....but there is no added resistance. Next time i will order ones that are the same size (length) but different resistances. Also, there is no "anti-slip" that I can see. Up-side: they came super fast!

Disappointed
The bands are not what was described. They're too big making it not tight enough to squat with. They could be good it they were smaller in circumference

Better Than Rubber
I've been using rubber resistance bands/tubes as booty bands in my at-home workouts. They worked, but weren't very comfortable, so I decided to get these. Do your research! Fabric bands like these are much more durable, well-made, and comfortable. They are slightly more expensive than the rubber ones, but last so much longer and are 100x worth the investment.I completed an at-home workout this morning using these bands. I started with the lightest band first to see how it felt - it was much too easy for my skill level and did not provide the resistance I desired. On my second round of exercises, I used the medium weight band - this one felt more effective at higher repetitions. For my third and forth rounds of exercises, I used the heaviest band - this one was perfect (for me) and brought on the burn I desired.Overall, I am very happy with these bands. I would easily recommend them to anyone looking for booty bands. I will likely stick with the heaviest weight band and not use the lighter two very often. However, please note that I am very active. I lift weights, run, workout regularly, am a part-time fitness instructor and personal trainer. These bands would be great for someone just starting out, giving you lots of room to build and progress!Note this purchase includes 3 bands and nothing else - there are not any workout guides or exercises in the order. Randi Kennedy is an online fitness influencer and she has example exercises with similar bands on her website and Instagram if you need inspiration for workouts.I have pictures to include with this review but it appears Amazon has disabled the option to upload a photo.

These are just ok
I purchased these in hopes that they wouldn't slide and roll like some of the latex bands do. They stay in place better, however the resistance is sub par. The "heaviest" or band with the most resistance, is barely a challenge. The larger ones, or ones with less resistance are almost too big for my legs. Mind you I am not the thinnest. I have an athletic build. I would not recommend nor repurchase. Better off sticking with the latex bands and just dealing with the rolling and sliding.
