PIPCAM25 Wireless IP Live Video Security Surveillance Camera - Remote Monitoring Mobile App PTZ

I work on computer networks for a living. I was able to configure the camera's settings after two hours of effort. Once it was configured, it would not remain on the network. I tried several networks. Wireless and wired. Seems to reset itself randomly. Doesn't hold configuration. The packaging includes a paper card that points you to a website for setup instructions. The website's setup files and documentation refer to different camera models. If you're lucky enough to find and install the setup utility, good luck using it. I was using the Mac version. Documentation is severely lacking. This is one of the worst technology purchases I have made, going back 30 + years! I offer this criticism with appreciation of the effort that at least a handful of people put in to bring this camera to market. To those people - please, learn what went wrong with this one, and make the next one awesome! I'm returning my purchase for a refund.

This camera is really quite nice for the price. The picture quality is fairly good and the pan and tilt features are very useful (it does not zoom). It was not very difficult to set up and start using. I've had mine working for the past couple of weeks without any problems at all. Operating the camera through a web browser is very easy and smooth while the controls in the the mobile app are a bit clunky and difficult at times, but certainly do not detract from the camera's usefulness.

I am very pleased with the performance of my PIPCAM25. My daughter is using it to monitor her new baby, my first grandchild. The picture quality is excellent and we especially like the ability to control the camera remotely using our smartphones.All of this performance at a price that was very, very good. The delivery was very quick and the PIPCAM25 arrived in perfect condition.Great service!

Their phone app does not work at all. The camera itself is not working well when accessed from the phone. The setup is very complicated and you will need good computer knowledge to install the camera and make it stream live to your phone or computer. In the end I was able to get a black and white blurry picture. It did the job, but it was way below my expectations. Would not buy it again.

Easy setup, Motion Detection, Notifications, etc. Not only is the product reliable but the company support is on point, responsive and friendly.

Terrible set up process - I would describe the set up process as the exact opposite of plug-and-play.And then once we finally got it set up - it stopped work after a couple weeks for who knows why.And of course they wouldn't even take returns after 2 weeks (no wonder why!)DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

At first they were a pain in the butt to get setup but once u do it they are easy. Good pics and good video.
