It is a nice construction and threads onto the camera fine
It is a nice construction and threads onto the camera fine, but the threads to accept a filter don't work. I tried a couple of my filters which work fine on every one of my other eyepieces but none of them could properly thread onto this adapter

Great, but buy the other one displayed in the same listing which is for a UV and Ir filter.
This is exactly what I needed to install the Pi camera to my telescope. I then ordered and received a UV/IR filter to install on the adapter and protect the camera sensor. When this arrived it actually included the same adapter which I had just ordered separately. I now have two adapters and one filter.
