Each set contains 12 stainless steel blocking wires. Approximately 36" long. Manufacturer suggests wiping each wire with a soft cloth before the first use, to remove any residue from the manufacturing process. Comes in a frosted plastic storage tube

Outstanding wires for blocking all knitting and crochet. They do not bend or crimp out of shape and are perfectly smooth to avoid snags. Blocking is a necessity for great looking knit and crochet items, and these wires are my necessity for blocking. Should last forever.
