I am a huge advocate for these vitamins!!! I am a 27 year old female who 6 months ago started loosing so much hair that I had no idea what to do. No I am not pregnant and have not been trying to get pregnant, however, prenatal vitamins are safe to take and provide extra nutrients to the body. As a nurse I couldnt tell you how many times Ive heard doctors make the same statement. I had tried other multivitamins but they did not seem to help. I had tried just taking biotin but aside from making my nails grow like weeds didnt notice a huge difference in my hair growth. I was extremely vitamin deficient and I noticed an improvement in how I fellt overall within just a couple days. My hair stopped shedding excessive amounts after a month, and within 3 months it has started to grow back in (all the wispy baby hairs made it obvious) and get back to how thick it once was. My skin has also improved to. I would definitely recommend these vitamins

I've tried a lot of prenatal vitamins probably like 12 different brands and zenwise is by far my favorite! . I'm ordering my second bottle of the zen wise (breastfeeding but no longer pregnant).. these took some getting used to at first (they're kinda big and I don't looove the smell but there are so many worse smelling prenatals!)I love how it gives me such strong nails and thick hair...(I thought that was from pregnancy but here I am 6 months pp and I stil, have the extra healthy nails and hair) also it's vegan and all natural! You're supposed to keep taking prenatals as long as you're breastfeeding and I'm happy to do so with these, it's not a dread like some of the other nasty ones I've taken.

We looked around for a bit before deciding to try this product. It had better ratings and additional nutrients when compared to what we could find in our local stores. My wife loves these vitamins. When we decided to start trying for our first child, our doctor suggested she begin prenatal vitamins ahead of time. We just ordered our second bottle. She particularly likes how much stronger her nails have become!

They smell like vitamins which isn't always pleasant but not bad. They are easy to swallow and have ingredients that I was looking for. Your urine will probably be a neon yellow fyi! Lol I know my baby is healthy and my hair and nails look awesome!

I was getting low on my vitamins and wanted to order more but decided to try a different brand,so after being off of the Zenwise vitamins for a week & half I feel so much better. The Zenwise vitamins were causing me to have horrible stomach problems which in return I have lost a good bit of weight and my hair was falling out in clumps, so since I started a different brand and finally feel normal ( I never thought it was the prenatal causing my problems) I decided to read the reviews and there are other people with the same problems, I should have looked at their reviews sooner! I am taking prenatals because I am still breastfeeding. I would recommend looking at a different brand!

I'm taking these for hair and nail growth. Its only been a couple weeks but my nails are already growing like crazy. I hope they also help my hair but its too early to tell yet. They are a very inexpensive vitamin for the ingrediants they include. Im very satisfied and highly recommend. I replaced my much more expensive multi with these.

So far I haven't used this long enough to really give a good review. So ill definitely try to update in a month or three maybe. The pulls are not hard to swallow at all. No bad taste and they're not big at all. So even though you have to take two it wasn't hat'd for me at all. I ordered this brand for the amazing ingredients for my pregnancy but I'm looking forward to seeing a change in my hair and skin and nails. I received the item so quickly. Sealed well no problem there.

Had the quantity of all the elements I was looking for as recommended by my doctor. Did not have to take with food as never felt sick with them. They are large pills and have the faint smell of grass or hay. Was not an issue for me but something to make note of.
